Hubs and I have been vaping since beginning of July and we love it, but are tired of stuff dying quick, constantly changing batts, its just a time consuming mess. So anyways, we have done our research and think the janty stick is where its at. So we need 2 of them. How many extra bats and/or attys should we order each month and initially? And I keep hearing mini usb charger or something??? So does that mean I cant use it in a regular usb port? I couldnt find any warranty info on anything either. And do I have to buy a thing to use my 901 attys? Im sorry so many questions, im just having trouble getting all my questions answered, and janty hasnt emailed me back  Is thier customer service good? Shipping time? In general any pros, cons, and additional info would be awesome.

I love my Janty V2 stick. If I remember correctly, when you receive your kit, it has the cord with it and maybe 2 batteries. I just use it on my USB port and it works fine. I bought 3 atomizers and 2 additional batteries. I'm not sure about the 901 atty but maybe else will chime in here.
I have had the Stick since July 10 and I'm still using the same atty, your mileage may vary. Also, the battery charges as it is plugged into your USB port so I seldom have to change the battery. Only if I'm out for more than 8 hours at work. (I only smoke during breaks and at lunch so mine lasts pretty much all day.)
Good luck and hope you get your Sticks soon. I have always had excellent customer service from Janty and my order arrived fairly quickly. I believe Ethan's email address is posted on their forum and you might get a quicker response. If that is who you emailed, I'm sure he will get back with you soon.

The Stick is awesome . . . nice, compact design so it's super portable. And because it's small, it's discrete. :)

The Stick is pretty unique in that its battery can be charged two ways . . . either using a wall plug OR you can charge while the battery is actually in the Stick (and you can use it while it's charging). The way that works is by attaching the cord at one end to the stick and the other to a USB power source. The USB power source can be your computer USB drive, a wall outlet with a cheap USB adapter, or even a portable power pack (like the Kensington portable battery pack).

Basically, the design for the power is pretty awesome. If you've been vaping awhile, you've no doubt heard about USB passthrough batteries you can buy for various devices. Well, the JantyStick basically has an integrated USB passthrough battery setup. Best of all, while you're using it as a passthrough, you're basically charging the battery at the same time, so when you want to "untether," you're ready to go with a charged battery.

The default for the JS is the penstyle atomizer, not the 901. However, you can purchase a 901 adapter for the JS so that you can use your 901 atomizers. (They just released the 510 adapter, and I'm not sure they have the 901 adapters in stock right now, although if not, they should be in soon.)

The warranty, if memory serves me, is 6 months on the Janty Stick, 6 months on the atomizers (unless you get the less expensive TAWA--Throw Away Atomizer--in which case it's basically guaranteed not to arrive DOA), and 3 months on the battery.

One of the nice things about the JS is it was designed to work with just about any penstyle atomizer, so if you'd rather buy your atomizers elsewhere, you can do so. Although I will say that you would not be disappointed with Janty's classic penstyle atomizer--and with a 6 month warranty on the atomizer, what's not to love?

For me, I would make sure I have at least 3 atomizers and 3 batteries. Since you're a married couple, you could probably do just fine with a total of 4-5 atomizers and 4-5 batteries total. (Sometimes you get duds, and even if you have an excellent warranty, you want to have something on hand while you're waiting for your replacement.)

My experience with Janty has always been good. My problems (few as they have been) are handled very promptly.

As for shipping time, if they have it in stock, it ships very quickly . . . and if they don't have it in stock, I don't think they put it on the website. :) So if it's there, you can order it and expect them to ship it out within a day or two.

Hope that answered some of your questions.

I'm a very happy Janty Stick owner. You do have to buy a seperate adaptor to use your 901 atty's, but it's soooo worth it. The usb charger plugs directly into your pc's usb port. It also comes with a great little belt holster to carry it in. I'm not sure about the warranty, but Ethan at JantyUSA is awesome! Great customer service for me everytime. Get a Janty Stick NOW! You won't regret it.

Thanks guys! yall were extremly helpful!! One more question. I can only find what im guessing is the original stick on the website, wheres the V2? And whats the difference in those?

There were some problems with the original Stick, something that's not at all surprising with a totally new design. Those issues were addressed with the V2. So basically, the V2 is the same Stick, but the chamber is better sealed (to help prevent liquid from leaking onto the circuit board), and I believe there were some changes with the button (although cosmetically, it looks the same).

What you see on the website is the V2. :)

In USB mode your using it as a USB passthrough
so you get 5v

My understanding is that whether you're vaping on the battery or via the passthrough mode, your voltage will be no greater than what the battery will provide/handle . . . and that's at about 3.7, right?
