i tried the ebayzon magnifier and found it annoying.

now i use a much brighter headlamp from HF which might be this one, plus a pair of 8X reading glasses from some website that Scott (Sterno) turned me onto.

now THAT is the setup!
yow!
And i've been stuck with nothing higher than 3.25's for my reading glasses!
thanks so much for that link.
I'm down with it… heheh us ole geezers firing off sub ohms coils… yeah!

critique? other than it looks reall nicely done, and i presume you have the power to back that 1.6 ohms up to more than 10watts if needed, the only thing i'd say is 14 wraps? where did you get that number!@#?…. just kidding,

i like em low, but actually supe's chart says 8 to 12 wraps… i think less wraps you'll get faster response time.

Congrats on the first coil and soon to be Reo. BTW, nice looking coil. I find the Reo likes a few less wraps and little less wick.

Great points here. By the way, what's the I.D. of your coil? 1/16th inch or roughly 1.5mm is ideal.

T - great seeing you here :). The coil and wick looks great :).

I feel your anguish waiting for your first REO. Here's what really sucks: it feels the same wether your waiting for your first or your 9th one. But once you get it all your stress melts away.

Until you realize that you can no longer vape off anything else. Then you stress until you get a proper backup REO :)

Glad your here. It's been great discussing this with you. You are a decisive, no compromise type of individual. Easy to lead you to water now get ready to drink :)

I have allot to learn but people like super_X_drifter help allot!

Nice!!!
Russ has been instrumental in bringing many of us, not only to micro coils and cotton, but also to the awesomeness that IS REOville!!!
Big thanks super_X_drifter!!! :D

Having a blast playing with micros on my RM2, set up my first 6/7 wrap of twisted 28g kanthal around a micro screwdriver for .8 ohms. Rolled cotton wick. It does have some heat up time but once it gets going...well :vapor: Still chasing that sweet spot.
