Got to add that I know that there's no way I'm going to win every contest. So be it! That's life......particularly here in the "fast lane". Everybody here loves Kayte and Doug's beautiful artwork and some of us like the same thing. We all can't win the same thing at the same time, and it's as fair a contest as you can get. Like my odds here better than the odds at a casino in Las Vegas, and I don't lose money if I lose!!! Ha!

I went for the bloodwood but went back for the Hummingbird and she had flown away. You know those Hummingbirds are fast flying lil critters. I should have gone for her first. Boohoo

They all were just "something else", and you know the shorter tips are safe from me.....but not from others! Ha! There's competition at all levels and that's part of the excitement. Keeps the heart pumping and the juices flowing. I love playing games and dearly miss my tennis. Dang!

Saturday......and it's raining all day! Hey, Splat! Hey, Dale! Think the "sleep in all day" with your puppies is a good idea. Ha! Painting the front porch picketed railing should be out of the question......but hubbs isn't up yet to let me know. He's the one standing outside the porch painting the front and I'm on the porch painting the backside.......The rain would cool things off a bit. Ha!
