Ah Yiddle, you HAVE to have a computer!! Mine is due for an upgrade or a trade too. It's so slow. I hate it and know nothing about making it work better.

Kayte, does random segmented wood mean you only have one of that type?

They're very complex blocks that he builds using all kinds of woods. The way he built this one, he thinks he can get two more out of the block, but they won't look like this one did, because... well... they're random.

Oh no! Doug is using a pieced together antique relic... it's awful! (Only paid $26.00 for it. lol) Once in awhile my laptop starts acting up and I get afraid I'll have to use his.

I hope yours keeps going until you can get it replaced! Doug said to tell you that he won't turn a few of the pretty tips he's going to make until you're able to buy something again. He's so silly.

Kayte, do you have a Protank? I was in Lowes looking at the washers...and I was wondering if there is a way to make a drip tip that will go over the top of the protank? It may be something that's too much trouble to even think about but lots of people love the tank but hate the metal tip. Just a thought.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to bump this thread back up on my list of my posts. I've been putting my everywhere today!

Scuba, I wanted to try the Protank but haven't gotten one yet because I wouldn't be able to use my fabulous drip tips from Kayte and Doug on them.
Someone on another thread was raving about these tanks, with quite a few others chiming in. They're pricey but they look cool and you can change the tips. They use the protank base and the heads. This is the grooved one but there's a smooth one too. I'm thinking about giving it a shot.

Thanks Lucy. I had seen those and they do look neat. I will probably get one but I really like glass tanks. Protank has colored glass tanks now too.
It's probably a crazy shot anyway but thought I would throw it out there.

You're welcome Scuba. Do you like carto tanks? I have an IBTanked tank and I love it! It is glass. I saw the colored Protank, if I get one, I'm getting the brown one. I just can't decide if I want to get one yet. I keep going back and forth.
