Here are some tips from the site I looked at~
Build Recommendations:

Don't build the coils too hot as the juice might not travel fast enough resulting in a dry hit
Don't over use cotton to prevent flooding
Adjust the chimney height based on your build to have sufficient juice delivery (Screw chimney all the way down gives you the least juice delivery)

You might try that last tip. You really should have a multimeter, or an ohm reader, and learn how to build yourself. It's not hard, it just takes practice. Can you check the build on a regulated device?

Did put it on my Vamo and it read .4 on it. I do really need to buy the supplies and get into it. Is there a list of what I'm going to need somewhere? Oh, please forgive my ignorance!

It's a mech mod, running an 18650 battery. The only option for turning it down is changing the battery to an 18350, I suppose?

And no, that makes no difference. Smaller batteries just have less time. All batteries come off a charger at the same volts- generally about 4.1.

If you have ever used a Kayfun the Orchid is a bit like it. Not too much cotton or wick. In fact, just park that cotton at the end of each channel. Use cotton sparingly..a little goes a long way. You can build an Orchid to whatever you like to drip at. Mine is running @ .8 ohms dual coil and wicks like a champ! I love the V2 so much I got a V3 and will soon have a V4. :)

Latest photo of Ashlin..she will be one year old at the end of this month. Such a prissy little dog, and so cute!

Awwwww, what a pretty girl! I'd love to have a dog, but my mother lives with me & doesn't want one. I think she's afraid of falling over it. Although I keep telling her she'd have to work hard at falling over a Great Dane....

Beautiful dog. Thanks for sharing.

And congrats on the new mod. Hope you can get help with the Orchid. I'm actually looking around, trying to learn enough to buy my first mech. Hoping I can play with it with my Aerotanks til I learn the whole rebuilding thing.

Not ready to buy anything yet, but am making a list of choices for when I'm ready. Need to start looking into tanks now, I think.

The cold weather seems to have reached us. Had a dusting of snow overnight and its supposed to drop to 11 overnight. I'm so not ready. Was out in a sweatshirt today. Weather changes are so dramatic here. Not enjoying it.

Made it out to the barn to take us some pics of the big guy after the first snowfall of the winter. Note how easily he is bearing weight now on his right front hoof, that troublemaker!

He is wearing the bitless bridle I ride him in, I just took the reins off and cut him loose for the pictures.

The snow wasn't very deep...and he IS a grazer!

Hope your Sunday was as beautiful as ours!!!
