Heh - am not that great. Free istick??? Sorry, it's brand new, not a scratch, works as intended, but ugh... not for me Like I said, PM me if there is a need, PIF.

Nice of ya! I'm giving my istick/nautilus mini setup to my brother for Christmas to try and persuade him toward the vape side. Ohio love (raised in Toledo)!

My new MVP 20W (Discount Vapers) just arrived. I bought it to take the place of the istick that I dislike, that was supposed to be for those times when I want to bring a vape with me without fear of loss, damage, dropping, etc. I love my ProVape P3, but not to take camping, etc.

The MVP 20W vapes almost as well as the P3, has a battery that will last me for days, in a very robust and small form. For $38+ bucks, I call it a real win, and I do like the new 510 much better than the old style.

PS - I also have a eGrip I dislike... (bought for the same reason)

that eGrip is an interesting device

it has some unique features

don't care for the 'one' only $$ coil

a juice door ?

what if you break the glass window...

Been following that thread. Yesterday someone posted pics of the innerds. Thick glass tube. Now there is an RBA that replaces the coil holder. People that received them report more air flow and better vape.

Still, it costs more than an MVP and you can't change flavors like switching a topper.

I really like it, all my complaints are minor, I never had a v2, Only 3 months off cigs (mostly), It's been a nice upgrade from the istick. I really do think I'm getting a better vape from it.
I got mine from discountvapers

That is not your imagination. You are indeed getting a smoother vape then you could have gotten off of the Stick. The Stick uses Pulse Width Modulation that controls voltage by pulsing the electricity to create the set voltage. This creates a pulsing or what is known as the rattlesnake effect. This sensation is most noticeable at lower (<4.1V) stettings. The MVP uses circuitry that creates a near continuous output of the proper voltage. This creates a much smoother vape. I will never own another rattle snake device.

This ^

And when you try to explain that to nay sayers in other threads... they don't get it.

Go on to threads for devices that cost 4-10 times as much the MVP and they will get it. ;)

Go to the thread for a device that begins with a P and they will tell you that the MVP provides dang near an identical quality vape as their venerable and expen$ive devices.

It's pretty robust overall. My problem (again), is even at the lowest setting, it vapes too hot for me. A two-second draw and it burns my lips, even with a delrin tip on it. But it is very small, and an all-in-one package. Am too lazy to list it, but would let it go cheap.

IMO one of the big advantages of the new MVP 20watt and the SVD 2.0 is step down. Not all of us vape a low ohm coil at medium-high watts all day. Its nice to have a device that can handle a 1.7ohm carto accurately and still drive a Nautilus well into its sweet spot. My MVP 2.0 was just fine with carto but rather lack luster with some toppers.

I use a variety of toppers and the MVP 20watt fell just a tiny bit short of my requirements for a new device. I may still get one if any of my friends want a MVP v1.5 or v2. I like to break in my cartos at the lowest setting possible and the spring loaded 510 is a big improvement.

I'm feelin' ya brother

I never use that much output power, but it's nice to know it's there :D

My V2 is starting to act up a little. Sometimes and only some times, when I go over the time limit, it will shut down completely and only re-start when I put it on the charger. It has only done it a few times but because of that I am leery of leaving the house with just my mvp, and being able to count on it for an all day session is one of the reasons I like the big box, otherwise I am on a VV3 (new version is now 15W).

So, I need to replace my MVP but I think I am going to wait and see what the V3 has to offer but 95% of my vaping is low voltage so it will have to be the features not the Wattage that would make me buy the newest version over the MVP20.

If you dont need or want below 1ohm or over 6amps, the MVP 20watt is impressive. 20watt at 1 ohm is roughly 4.47v and 4.47amp which is WELL within its limitations. So even at it max settings you are not really stressing it. IIRC the MVP 20watt is rated to handle a 6amp output.

It will be interesting to see Pbusardo's actual Youtube review when he gets one.

At just under $39 at 101vapes, how can you go wrong

I confess. My main two mods are my P3 and my Billet Box. So why am I here? Because the MVP is/still is the best at what it does. The MVP 20W I believe is the perfect upgrade in my book. It is the perfect backup device, and is perfect for stuff like camping and other events when you will want power for some extended time, don't want to carry a lot of spare parts and don't want to worry about possibly damaging or losing you expensive mod.
In my mind the only 'vaping' difference I see between my P3-silo combo and my MVP 20W-silo combo is the 'boost' function of the P3, otherwise 9.5 watts is the same (to me) on both devices.

Boost just makes it easier to vape the second you hit the fire button, whereas on the MVP 20W I hit the fire button before I bring it to my lips. Quality of the vape itself is (to me) the same.

Based on the above post, why even bother with the P3 then? Honestly, I dislike change, and want a device that will be just as good a year or tow after I buy it. The ProVape can be repaired, and I can contact real people that speak my language and the fit and finish is perfect in my book. The fire button on the MVP 20W is not as nice as on the P3, but look at the price-point difference between the two?
The P3 is my daily indoor device, and perfect in my book. The MVP 20W is for everything else.

Great news! Innokin will be hosting the famous Phil Busardo of Tasteyourjuice.com and the powerful (and charming) VapinGreek, Dimitris Agrafiotis in Shenzhen in early January!

The Bromantic Heroes of Vaping will fly to China and spend a week on the ground at Innokin and give you a behind the scenes look at Shenzhen and the Shenzhen vaping industry!

Innokin will also be unveiling the new MVP3 and running a ton of contests and giveaways! (More info about the MVP3 will be posted here in the next couple of days and the launch date will be announced on New Year's Day!)

What do you think? Exciting?

More information here soon and quite possibly a Christmas Day contest or two!

From all of us at Innokin we hope you have a happy and safe Christmas everyone!

This is what I like about my MVP2. Finally had to charge it Tuesday evening at work. As my backup, I was using an old eGo battery that I had. Yes, I still have those. :D Anyway, got her spiffied up.......this evening.....got discharged from work early......made the three hour drive home with MVP close at hand without a worry in the world about whether it would last until I got home. Ah yes.....the simple pleasures. Merry Christmas everyone!!

I went ahead an ordered the MVP20 in green on the 23rd from VaporBeast with the code SNOW (good until Jan 1st) it came to $35.95 that includes free shipping anything $35 and over is free shipping. Haven't gotten it yet. Yet I will admit I'm getting very excited for it to get here.

Now I am one to wait on buying a new release product until after the what goes wrong (faulty) is fixes. But owning the MVP2 knowing it's dependable for me plus I just gave my backup batteries to my son and his girlfriend, leaving me only my MPV2 I needed at least another one for backup right?
