what I’ve been affectionately calling it the “INE” buzz for better than 30 yrs
I have seen many people around me affected by lack of “INE”
caffeine & nicotine has a soothing and calming effect – that I’ve seen first hand
that’s what I base my thoughts on, along with my own experience that if
12mg – 18mg was the only available NIC, - I’D STILL BE SMOKING
I have tried to get to a lower NIC level, won’t work for me at this time
happy @ 24mg (for now) and will see where it ends up…

No one is denying either will effect people differently. What I was pointing to is the science as far as how much nicotine is absorbed by comparison. You get about 10 times as much from smoke as you do from vapor. That would be like having one first thing in the morning and then the after dinner smoke compared to going through a full pack a day as far as the absorption rates between the two different sources and then add the weight of whatever else is found in tobacco smoke not found in vapor that interacts with nicotine once in the system.

Here's a new report just out last week on this from the NT Times regarding Big T's efforts to spike up the nic levels in their ecigs realizing the early ecigs failed as smoke free nicotine delivery systems. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/12/25/business/race-to-deliver-nicotines-punch-with-less-risk.html?_r=0

OK, gotcha...

20 years ago a storm came about when 7 Big T CEOs got called out before a Senate Subcommittee hearing after a Conn senator pushed for it. All 7 CEOs denied that they felt nicotine was addictive! You can see this in the clip at Testimony of the 7 CEOs of Big Tobacco

The other article gets into the use of heated but not burned tobacco in a different form of vapor device there. You'll likely end sup seeing laced tobacco packed into small cartridges or concetrated tobacco extracts then heated in a smilar but not same manner with it laced high in nicotine of where they can hook people on those. You'll get the tobacco taste without the smoke is the aim there.

Of course they want a piece of the pie the largest portion that is of the vaping market as I have been explaining to people all along. You won't see any of that in the compact mod form in any way as you would vaping gear but the cig size as always.

After stalking the elev8vape site for weeks, I managed to get one of the DNA 30 enclosures ordered. Man, they go fast. I had 4 in my cart but, by the time I filled out the forms, 3 of them were out of stock.

For some reason, USPS tracking showed the "Shipping Label Created" for about a week. I emailed elev8vape to ask them why. The next day the status changed so I knew it was on it's way. I got it today.

Put a Samsung 25R in it and an RDA on it and it fired right up. Yippee!

I haven't found anything wrong with it yet. The case is perfect. My Samsung was kinda low on charge so it's plugged in right now.

Thanks to KTMRider for the heads up on this deal:toast:

Edited; Meant to say enclosures instead of clones.
Well, I guess I was wrong. My DNA "enclosure" isn't working now. It keeps displaying "Locked Click 5 times" but doing that doesn't do anything.

Oh well, It's still a nice box for a future mod.

I was under the impression Innokin would be announcing a true successor to the MVP2 before EOY and not the small update that the MVP20W seems to represent. Has there been any noise on that front at all? MVP20W doesn't do anything for me, but before I take the plunge on a DNA30 or 40 backup device for my VS I'd like to see what Innokin has in mind. If the MVP20W *is* the full/real update then I'll just go ahead and find something else.

Not anymore...

They are both great. The MVP20W has no set MSRP so you will be able to find great deals. The MVP3 is a larger device (much bigger mah and a little taller than a Hana) and will be available early in 2015 (we will announce the launch date soon).

Hi. I tried to explain the situation in this thread at /r/innokin.
Basically we tried and decided in order make a top quality MVP device that is also affordable, the engineering and supply teams needed more time and they are ready. I have one at the office and it is really good, I saw multiple color variations as well - simple and smart. I will be posting new information when I have clearance.
Wish I could have sold them for Christmas too but this industry is all new and the market is very fast and very competitive now which means we all have to try our best in terms of design, features and price. I think you'll like it a lot and it will be available soon.

Out of 6, I have one that is fairly reliable. It stopped waking up by itself and changing the wattage by .1 or .2 but I think it has more to do with a half drained battery.
Dunno, but when this started, the battery was @ about 3/4. Now it's just over 1/2 and still working.

Hi again, I need some advice, as usual :)

I'm looking at a 6,000 mAh portable charger. Would this be useful with my MVP2? It has 2 ports - 1.0 amp and 2.1 amp. Which port would I use?

Also, I haven't been reading here in a couple weeks, has anyone got the new MVP yet? I know a few of you had one on order and waiting for it. Where is the best deal?

Thank you!

I just got one off of Amazon for just under $40 that was onsale a week ago with 12000mah under the hood! I recharged the MVP along with eGo batteries and one of the Eleaf iStick 2200mah mods in consecutive order without a problem until the charger needed a recharge. When going to recharge that I had to eGo usb passthrough battieries plugged into that and charging at the same time. The portable chargers take a good 10hrs. to charge fully but with the right one you should do well. The link for the one here with the 12000mah was posted a page back in Post $3117.

Yes, it would work to recharge your MVP2. Use either port, the MVP2 only draws up to 500mAh from the charger based on the manual.

I've gotten my MVP 20W and paid $35 plus shipping for mine from Discount Vapers. I like it, and vapes as nice as my P3 (with boost off) and is my primary backup, outside device. I believe $32 to $39 bucks seems to be the going rate at most places right now.

I'm assuming from the resemblance to the v2 that the button is the same? I'm still holding out hope that the one on the actual v3 will be easier to use.

That's vaid and you have to use the coupon code on the review page in order to get the special discount that is then applied to the already onsale price which $49.99! If you are looking to get the new model you will need to jump on the bargain there fast. Kelly runs a couple of other review and discount sites as well you can subscribe to keep tabs on bargains that come up daily from all over. These specials however usually tend to have a short life span.

The main Vaping Deals and Discounts site is seen at Vaping deals n discounts
His second site is Vaping Discounts seen at Vaping Discounts
The he has Vaping Cheap for all type of bargains at Best Vape Deals - E-Cig deals, Vaping Supplies, & Discount Coupons -

What you see there is what you get since that is the V3 equivalent i should say. Innokin simply put it as iTaste MVP 20W rather then MVP V3.0. The new V4 batteries are still 800mah but go from 6-15w while the MVP 20W goes 6-20w which is where they made the upgrades.
