I was an AE (aviation electricians mate) in the Navy; I fixed automatic flight control systems on Sikorsky H-60 helicopters.
Sort of embarrassed that we didnt cover thermal mass in A-school or C-school, but there it is

WOW!!! For me...a diet without red meat would be like vaping at zero nicotine (or...having sex without an orgasm)!!!
I recently went on a NO Carbohydrate diet that is almost ALL meat. You eat as much of the foods on the list as you want...with the only "Rule" being if you're unsure whether you're hungry or not...EAT!
(The link says "use the low carb food list to be sure you're also getting your 12 to 15 grams of net carbs in vegetables as well"...but I was way too lazy to do that.)
It was so easy the only reason I stopped it was because my girlfriend said I was beginning to look like I just got back from a Concentration Camp.

I did that about 12 yrs ago and dropped about 40lbs. My weight has always fluctuated and I still need to drop about 20-25 to get to where my Dr. and I want me to be. I still eat fish and chicken occasionally, but there are some great locally grown vegetable stands near me and I can get veggies and fruits for a fraction of what I pay at the grocery store. I enjoy cooking and coming up with different dishes...probably why vaping appealed to me the minute I started, all the wonderful flavors
I got my Plume Veil clone from 101vape today $15.99 ( from a Tuesday afternoon order...less than 48hrs to my door at my work ) Great quality construction on it as far as I can see, got the black. Tried to change my order to copper, but they are so fast that it was shipped by the time they read my change request. Oh well, if I like it, I will get the copper and pay this one forward Puffing on my MVP/KFL as I type this.

Forget cooking , i got a" Nutribullet " and throw everything including the kitchen sink in there , i then put on my safety gear, crouch behind something heavy and solid and push the "on" button with an extension pole . Instant smoothie

These NON-Nautilus BVC's will work in the "Silo Lite".
Now...the only thing keeping the Lite from becoming a "Nautilus-Mini Contender" is that it has NO Adjustable Airflow Controller.

Well...since I get the best Flavor/TH/Vapor with the BVC's at 11 Watts on my MVP2...I go through joose rather quickly (not complaining...the "BVC experience" is well worth it).
So...for me...the MVP + original 5ml Nautilus would be the "pick".
PS. You had a link for the NON-Nautilus Aspire BVC's (but I "lost" your post). I think they were $10.00.

Well , it seems regular cigs have far worse levels of the stuff but i still prefer not to vape it if i can especially when i see flavoring companies saying "not for inhalation".

I don't think any of us know the long term health risks of vaping and i'm really not looking forward to finding out to be honest . Even if it's better than smoking i bet it's still far from being recommended.
I try to stick with Flavourart stuff and i only buy the small bottles for $1.69 each , they will last me a long time though because you only use a certain # of drops . I have made numerous 30 ml bottles already and all of them are still filled to the top. I also got quite a bit of TFA and some Loranns .
I used to order some Lightning Vapes stuff but lately i have noticed a lot of his stuff is priced considerably higher than elsewhere , not just by a little but through the roof ridiculous .
