Looks pretty wonky that way.
Sorry to hear that... I know the center pin thing helped me with a couple of my aero tanks (Neither of my aero-megas register on my MVP 3--but my MVP 2 doesn't pick them up either, nor do any of my iSticks or my Vamo).

Have tried my kanger subtank with a factory made .5 coil and it's registering .7-2.5. Slightly better than my protank which registers up to 6 now.
If it had just been the subtank, I might have tossed that off to the coil--on both my MVP 3 and my istick 50w, I never get 0.5; usually 0.7 or so, but I did have one kick up to 1.2 which made me do a double-take, thinking I had put the wrong head in. After vaping it for a little while, it dropped back down to 0.7--and this was all on my iStick.

Well, I'm out of ideas....

Tried this as well, starting to get disappointed with the MVP3... Which sucks because I love the MVP2. Have tried my kanger subtank with a factory made .5 coil and it's registering .7-2.5. Slightly better than my protank which registers up to 6 now.

I hate this is happening to someone else. Yeah, I am getting disappointed with mine too. Have you experienced a safety shut off yet? The crazy readings are the worst. And what is even more screwed up is on mine they jump like crazy when firing and turning off and changing the wattage or voltage. Are you experiencing that as well?

But hey, there are new and exciting features to be had if you will pay for them.

Capt...I realize that that was sarcasm.

But...I gotta' say...in my neck of the woods...when I was a smoker...$24 (1 year support of ECF) would barely have bought me 3 packs of cigarettes...

Without going through this massive thread, how are the MVP 3.0s holding up? I'm thinking about ordering one for my wife, she's pretty rough on mods, but wants more battery life than her iStick 30W offers.
Innokin in general are one of the toughest mods on the market. If that is your criteria go for it!

Yeah, we have a MVP 2.0 and its been solid, just feels tough.

I have not had any complaints with my MVP 3.0. It's solid--as solid as the MVP2--built like a tank. It is slightly larger than the 2.0 and heavier, so it may not be as portable as the iStick 30w that your wife has.

Yeah, I'm noticing its a good bit larger than the 2.0, she wants another iStick 30W, but I'm trying to talk her into the MVP 3.0 just because I think it will hold up better for her. Not sure if she'll be able to get around the larger form factor.

Thanks guys.

Unless she needs the extra Wattage, the 20w is the same size as the 2.0. Perhaps?

She pretty much exclusively uses an Atlantis most days, sometimes her STmini, so the 20W would not work out really. She had been using IPV mini until it died, then got the iStick 30W last month, but has to charge it multiple times a day.

I think if I can snag a 3.0 for $40 or so, it will be a good option.

If she had no problem with the IPV Mini, the size and weight of the MVP 2.0/20 would be very similar (although form factor is different). The 3.0 isn't THAT much bigger than the 2.0/20: about 7 mm taller and wider, and 1 mm thicker. And while heavier, it's not too bad--and still far less than a VTR.

To avoid buying a bigger, heavier, more uncomfortable (and more expensive) Mod...just to get more mAh than my 30W-iSticks have...I've stumbled across 2 possible "work-arounds":

1. I got a $16 multiple-port USB Charger. I plug in my iSticks each night right before going to bed...when I wake up they're ALL fully charged and ready for another day of fun.

Amazon.com: Anker® 25W 5-Port Desktop USB Charger with PowerIQ Technology for Smartphones, Tablets and Many Other Devices (White): Cell Phones & Accessories

2. I tried some Aroma WTA eliquid. With the WTA...I went from being a chain-vaper to vaping about one-half the time I had been vaping each day (thus "needing" about one-half the mAh to get through the day).

Whole Tobacco Alkaloid WTA Eliquid Ejuice
