not sure if this has been discussed before but i have found my fav filler so far:

it comes from the jewellery boxes that you get earrings/necklaces from, you know the small boxes that you get when you buy a new pair of earrings etc

i fill my cart with 8ish drops then plug the end with a small peice of this foam and a couple of drops on top.
i find it holds the juice very well, gives a great vape and nice throat hit.

i use a tornado with a LR atty

What I find interesting here is your use of an LR atomizer. those things are thirsty buggers, and I found any type of cartridge filler couldn't keep up with them, unless, of course, you're willing to cope with leaking and flooding. My best success with LR atties was either dripping or bottom feeding with a REO.
My hat's off to you if this bling-box foam works for you. :)

I have to agree with you. The material in the jewelry boxes is poly fill and appears to be the same layered stuff that is in the empty carts I have.
