Guess what I just received today.....My Dani 21700. I ordered from CDV via DHL shipping. Friday after the DHL already went by CDV. Shipped out Monday, and received it two days later. I did pay about 25 bucks for faster shipping.

21 GBP (about 28-30 USD currently) add-on for DHL, and it arrives to homes in USA 3-5 business days (max!) after ordering. Worth every penny (IMO).
In one case, an order placed on Saturday hit my doorstep (CT) the following Tuesday, and @Katdarling got hers on (CA) Wednesday. Amazing.

FYI, and to give Credit where Credit is surely due;
My Dani 21700 & KF 5sq w/Ultem Tank Kit is enroute (began Fri 3/1) via USPS Priority Sig required) and slated to arrive at the gates of Ft. Vape tomorrow. Exactly as was represented (now proven to be truthful) in emails from Ana (I orig. misspelled as "Anna"). Given that facet & representation is now proven, it is safe and logical to extrapolate the rest of the contents of those emails to be factual as well.

Besides, be my 1st dicodes Device and sure it will require a bit to learn their proprietary Menus & proper Setup & to meticulously Build (I gots the OCD bad ya see) given I plan to load the KF5sq with 316 and run as a TC Rig.
So the sordid and unintended inflammatory Saga draws to an end and I once again humbly and apologetically beg your Pardons for the Aside & Hijack.
I now take my leave and will either join or initiate a Thread dedicated to the Dani 21700.

Imagine that! I ordered what might be the same thing (Dani 25, takes 21700) in November and it took MONTHS to ship.
The KF5sq tank was made for this mod. A perfect fit!

So i had this aesthetics discussion with someone about the Dani Box vs the Tesla Nano (for your reference pictured right below).
But a single meme says a thousand words:

I don't think the "dollar worth" of Dicodes device is the best approach for an evaluation.
Both Yihi and Evolv provide a good TC, but the higher precision of Dicodes (my eyeball mk1 says five times more precise) may not be worth the double price?
But - Evolv and Yihi uses commercial microprocessor (ARM) and standard power components; Dicodes developed the component parts for the device - specifically.
Put in the hard anodisation, micron tolerance machining, thermally neutral 510, no inbuilt obsolescence, and you end up with something well above a doubled price, a bargain - I have no problem in saying.
Next question is, do I need it? Possibly, no. But I like it, and this ends the story.

I managed to procure the original Dani box v2 (80 W), just because it does fit much better in the hand.
Watch the difference with the mini...
Yes it is bigger, but more practical for me. The color is the same incredibly shiny blue.
This is the same in black, with the Aegis mini for a common reference:
