Flavorless E liquid, No wonder every one is complaining. That stuff is nasty. so all we have to do is add flavor and were all set? :>)

I have seen a video on a chilese factory were they use a sucking machine to test the E cigs to see if they vape.

If they actually test these things, I'd like to know how they make the coil look brand new afterward. I can dry burn a new one for a few seconds and it looks USED.
However, I will say this. I have put several complete assemblies back in the tube. The only practical way I have found to do this is to install the filler ring on the cup beforehand. When I do, it works much better to lubricate the ring or the tube. I believe the factory does the same thing.
Edit: Some of the new wicks have black on them where they touch the inner wall of the tube. Where did the stuff come from that did that?

I do want to say that I really appreciate you guys and want to encourage you to keep buying. It's the only way to flush the supply channel so I can be sure I get the final R4 version when I try a box in a month or so.

your not going to convince quick1, they should work out the box, they shouldnt be shipping mixed batches like they have with glue,primer,fluids etc.
im sure if the e2 was more stable quick1 would have tried them long ago. we know what they are capable of but they should all have been at that capacity months ago.
