Here is the wiki definition:

Kanthal is an alloy of mainly iron, chromium (20–30 %) and aluminium (4–7.5 %). Kanthal was developed by Hans von Kantzow in Hallstahammar, Sweden. Its name is derived from Kantzow and Hallstahammar. The alloy is known for its ability to withstand high temperatures and having intermediate electric resistance. As such, it is frequently used in heating elements.

For heating, resistance wire must be stable in air when hot. Kanthal wire forms a protective layer of aluminum oxide (alumina). [1] Aluminium oxide is an electrical insulator but has a relatively high thermal conductivity; special techniques may be required to make good electrical connections.

what if we just solder a second air stem to the ground, and get rid of the cup,
the bottle mod would just have two air stems, the positive and negative (no cup)

what I'm thinking is that then you could so easily wrap some nichrome around ptb or wick, and then wrap the ends of the nichrome to each air stem.

Then put it back into the bottle and vape vape vape?

Heres a tip, if your huffing away on your e2 and it has gunk building up, if you set it down and come back to it later on, your first few drags might be off, i guess the gunk build up hardens and doesnt let juice flow right away, so either fire your device for a second or 2 before you vape the first drag, then take another bigger drag, this will cause the juice to start flowing again and the taste comes back.

it's the flavor that ruins vaping (and possible small amounts of smoke?), once the gunk takes over

mods is the way to go it seems, if China is not going to fix it

I know, a quick fix for things that don't last would be to make more cheap things that don't last, but it's not affordable an the U.S. would have to print billions, I hope br is fixing things better.
I brought some cheetos, to help out, :) :
