But I like my fruity flavors. I guess I'm gonna have to make a decision, keep my candy or keep my lazy. Life is full of hard choices.

Fruity should be fine, as long as you order quality juices without too much sweetener, oils or artificial coloring and flavoring. Just look for clear, pale liquids. Stay away from coffee/macchiato/latte/caramel/mocha/frappucino with cherry on top kinds of flavors. And strong flavors that use essential oils, like cinnamon oil. They'll kill you attys, and who knows what they'll do to your lungs... Whatever accumulates on your atty's coil, probably accumulates somewhere in your body, too, don't you think?

check this out, they even sell nylon mesh, i'm looking at part # 9318T24 right now
(copy and paste the part number into their 'find' box and it brings you right to it) http://www.mcmaster.com/#nylon-mesh/=9pkajx . remember to copy and paste the part number. It says this one has a max temp of 239 degrees F but I'm still getting the stainless steel mesh

That was next on my list of flavors to try

Have you tried Nhaler's juices? His Lung juice line has some nice flavors, Pomegranate, Pear, Watermelon. I love his Green Tea. Just stay away from the Orange...

And HV Drewbacco 1 is golden. And it makes a great mixer, if you want extra flavor. His menthols are very good, too.

I haven't tried NHaler's juices yet but I think I will with my December juice order. Thanks.

nhaler has 3 tobacco flavors to die for, plain tobacco which is anyting but plain, signature tobaco and cigarillo, those i can vape for years to come
A great tobacco would be nice. I haven't found a tobacco my wife is happy with yet and she won't switch until I do. That and I have to make the tube mod fit a 510 auto battery cleanly. That will be next weeks project.

You can get small, 6ml sample bottles from Nhaler. Drewbacco 1 is very mild and neutral. The flavors Bad likes are much stronger, more like Halo juices, with a distinct cedar note in them. They are too aggressive for me, but a lot of folks love them.

WHERE IS BR?

[stainless steel mesh part # 85385T884 ]

yes but it's a foot by a foot
that should be plenty to make quite a few, and each carto could last a year

now I just wish I knew if the woven mesh is the best, since they have so many other patterns.
getting enough would also help to try the wire mesh instead of ptb (but they sell nylon mesh too haha)

Thick nichrome is good, should be easier to work with too

I think that mesh is the way to go. Been looking over the thread by raidy. Been building his own atty's and appear to be doing great with #300-400 ss mesh. Getting geared up to build one.

I do a lot of my testing with a pass through connected to a variable power supply. I can't buy a pass through that is made for this kind of thing, so I have to make my own. With all the bottle craze going on, just for grins I made my last one in a bottle. It is shown here with the twin wick and coil version that I am currently testing on 5 volts. It may look awkward to you, but the button placement and bottle shape is comfortable in my hand.

I was a little rough pulling the wick on the first one I did. I tried to run the tea bag across the coil and down both sides. Didn't work. I tried to push it under the coil and that is when I killed the carto. It was a loss. But it made for a good autopsy.

FWIW: On the third one I modded I didn't even bother pulling the wick. I just ran the PTB down the side along with the current wick and it is vaping amazing. I really don't think the wick needs to be removed. It may allow you to get .1mL extra in there. No biggie to me.

I've also given up on the little filling tool. Just pop out the third ring, turn the carto sideways and drip down the side. Put the third ring back in upside down, throw out the middle ring and replace the mouth piece and its good to go. Very happy with these now as I was not at all happy when they first arrived.

I have a feeling I'll be a lot happier when the 3 ohm are back in stock, but I'm enjoying the 2.5's for now.

edit: I've noticed if overfilled the little middle gasket ring will keep your mouth dry. So if overfilled that ring may be necessary.

Thanks that's great info.
I will try that for sure. I'm glad that works, I'm really liking these e2's.
The first one I did the wick was wet so it did not slide out of the coil. But second one was new and slid out.
What is the glue issue I'm reading about on here? Is it something we are inhaling?
