Remember that quitting cigarettes can produce many symptoms. It's likely that you would feel some of the same things whether or not you were vaping.
Don't worry too much about nicotine amounts right away. Chances are you are not getting as much nic as before because of the way nic is absorbed when vaping vs. smoking. For now give yourself a little leeway until you can really kick the cig habit. As you feel comfortable, you can slowly drop your nic levels but doing so in a matter of weeks or a few months is probably very optimistic.
All that being said, taking in too much nic can produce headaches or nausea. If you find you can't put your vape down, lower your nic level. But you may want to keep higher nic juice around for tough days/moments.
And, as I am sure you have heard, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
