If any harm comes to you, the company who sold it to you would still be liable even if it was produced outside the States.
Sometimes unfortunately, I think you Americans get a little taken advantage of because of your strong patriotism.

Thanks Lisa, but again, as I posted at the same time you did, "it's more about my health than winning a future law suit, and getting quality stuff in the first place. Chances are that USA (and UK) manufacturers are gonna do what they say since they know it's so much easier to sue them locally." So if someone in the USA says that they actually use nicotine manufactured in the USA from a chemist, or somehow extract it themselves from tobacco, chances are that they are telling the truth.

stormy i dont really want to review it, i want to sit in next to a gg grant and see if it really is a copy, so far we're all just making accusations based on a picture, who knows, maybe its not a copy, none of us have any proof.

n esmoking i have nothing against drew or anyone, and when it comes to juice its all the same to me, as long as i get my fix i dont care where its made

I know, I was just kidding about Imeo caring about whether or not I buy from Drew (I wasn't kidding about caring about the source of where my liquid is made). Drew seems like a decent guy. I talked to him on the phone. But what you guys found me is a FRACTION of the cost of Drew's juice. Like I said earlier, this XHaler ordeal is all speculation till someone like you gets the XHaler in their hands to put a voltage meter to it and check out the internal parts. It has not been PROVEN to be a forgery.

My Gawd.. it's the SuperT thread all over again.

Let's say for the sake of argument that it's a copy.. a knock-off... a replica. SO WHAT?

This is business folks. If you're going to come out with a PV or a mod or whatever... and you have half a brain and are a businessman.. you take all of the prior art that you can find.. analyze the heck out of it... copy the stuff that works (and isn't protected by patents).. try to improve the stuff that doesn't work... and then try to figure out a way to make it as inexpensively as you can while preserving the quality, function, and value.

And that's how it's done. Period. To some extent every PV out there is a copy or a knock-off of the PV's that proceeded it. And every mod attempts to emulate the good features of the ones that came before it.. while fixing the deficiencies. This is evolution, not innovation.

Don't think for one minute that Ford doesn't own a bunch of Chevy cars and trucks that they tear apart every day. And don't think that Kenmore isn't trying to figure out a way to copy the nifty features that LG just put in their latest dryer.

As a consumer, you should be thrilled.

Yup I keep saying that these are all assumptions and hopefully none of are going to end up looking like an ... once the xhaler comes out. So I'm very reluctant on saying that its a exact copy until I hold the thing in my hands and examine it, not that I'm an expert or anything.
