Sachiaiko-
I really hate to get involved in this thread, just been sippin a beer, vaping on my xhaler and watching the show :D But I saw the thread that was deleted. As I understand it the deleted thread in question was posted by a member AT THE REQUEST of a competing supplier as he could not post it himself in Drews forum. Kinda shady, so I pretty much disregarded the whole thread. Drew got rude for a reason imo.
That is the only complaint I have witnessed being deleted on the Nhaler board.

Like angjen, I feel a sense of loyalty and responsibility to Nhaler, as I have received nothing but good product and service from them, and when minor order mistakes were made, they were fixed right away. I now vape exclusively on my xhaler, and like you as much as I would love to own multiple mods, I don't think it's in the budget. :)

I would love to see the OPs problem resolved, but until I see vids of the xhaler with an atty either at 5 volts or not, I can't complain.
just my 2 cents

Like wonderfulme I really didn't want to get involved in this thread but I couldn't just sit back and watch any more because I think there's alot more to the story than is being shared..
First off, I've had nothing but good customer service and a quality product from NHaler...there has to be a reason Drew is the #1 most popular supplier on the forum : http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...1855-who-your-favorite-online-vendors-13.html

Second off deleted posts I heard and say firsthand the thread in question and that Drew flew off the handle a bit about this other supplier and money issues and other stuff bordering on personal.. so it was deleted and I think rightly so.. it's the only thread in the first 7 pages that was deleted...now go take a look at the TW forum for comparison...
Thirdly, said thread in question that was supposedly posted AT THE REQUEST of a competing supplier as he could not post it himself in Drews forum..well Scottes already owned up to starting that thread..Now here's where it gets tricky... who is Scottes married to?.. that's right the OP Dea...Now prior to hearing about this horrible customer service if we look at the OP's post history we see alot of praise for Nhaler and the xhaler too... I quote "don't get me wrong, I really love the xhaler! I have small hands and it's extremely hard to find a small powerful unit. The xhaler is not only small but it's lightweight even with batteries. It's great!!! Literally the only thing I'd change is the cap. Drew if ever you come up with a different one let me know please. I will want it" posted here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/nhaler/49422-problems-attaching-atomizers-adapter-3.html
So I think there's a lot more to the whole story that we ain't being told ... OP is getting real close to pushing the limit of that 30 day return policy if she recieved it on the 16th of Nov. and it's 30 days from when it was shipped..and on a unit that she supposedly loved and praised from the first day she had it.. would the return be handled different were it sent back sooner or BEFORE her husband started a thread containing a video made by a competing supplier and posted in his forum at that supplier's request?...could be a lot of things...
I do know that this will in no way negatively effect my opinion of Drew at NHaler or his business practices as I have had outstanding customer service from him and that his company is the most popular supplier on this forum speaks volumes to me.

i'm pretty sure someone in another thread just mentioned how that video was a setup

lol. How? The test is shows no drop in voltage. If you are refering to the voltage being too high, you need to understand that the voltage does not matter. There was still no drop in voltage. If the cap does what drew says it does, the voltage should have dropped a full volt. It did not.

Exactly. I was going to buy an Xhaler. I'm not so sure now. I'm sure it'd perform great but the LIES really piss me off.

I guess this is where we differ, hon. I dont see anything in this thread as a flame. I see it as a valid concern, as well as a valid review of a person experience in a thread meant for exactly that, and convo has sprung up as a result of that. Which is what this thread is here for.

I just really, really, really don't feel anyone in this thread has posted in a closed minded fashion.

I dont feel anyone has spoken inapropriately

I havent heard anyone speak about anything they havent personally been a party too. Either present during the experience or witnessed it in some way or been the person who had the person. If they were unsure about whether or not something happened, they made that clear and did not speak as if they knew it to be true.

These things do not equal FLAME to me.

:shrugs: I guess thats what I differ with you about. I Don't see this thread as a flame. I dont think anyone here intentially wishes damage on teh company.

And, i feel that the OP did exhaust reasonable avenues prior to posting her experience.

Lastly, I'm really glad she posted her experiece. Thats what this forum is for. I appreciate her courage in doing so especially when so many people like nHaler, and i do feel she genuinely was looking for help on what else to do which is an appropriate use of this forum, this thread, and the people here. :shrugs:

I know you dont mean to flame, and i hope you know my posts are not flames or in any way meant to make anyone feel bad. I just think its important to remember that posting an experience is part of what this place is for, and posting about a NEGATIVE experience doesnt equal a flame.

be well,

Nik

aye, i worded that badly, forgive me. lack of sleep+full time job+15 month old boy = poor writing skills. i wasn't calling anyone a flamer, i just worry it will turn into that. i was once on the opposite side of this arguement for another company and i jumped on the bandwagon that i wouldn't order from them for some of the same reasons posted here, unhappy with product, not upholding posted agreements, then hearing complaints of posts and threads being deleted. there are TONS of people who swear by that company but there were enough that i decided i didn't want to risk ordering from there. i feel now, after this experience, i judged to harshly. so, yes, both loyaly and a bit of self-reflection are affecting my posts but i still stand by the fact that i love nhalers juice and i think he sells quality product. till i have an issue i have no reason to say otherwise. i wish everyone had as awesome as experience as i have had with nhaler and i will continue to tell people about them. but, probably not as enuthiastically and i now can't say i have never heard anything bad about them. i really do hope they make it right. at my job we have a saying infact, don't fight, make it right. thats my motto in all things customer service

Umm no. I posted that video on my own free will... thank you very much... You apparently missed my last post in that thread, explaining that part before drew deleted my post and tried to sick the mods on me.

I didn't say you didn't post of your own free will.
I guess when Jeffakamax said
"My honest thoughts? That was MY video. Raven shot it, that's me talking. He posted it as to not jeoprodize my standing here." (post #8354 from "how to spend a saturday")
I took that to mean that you posted the video for him because he didn't want to violate forum rules, which to me seems shady. jmo

Here is where you are incorrect. I think you are getting the players in that story confused.

Scottes started the thread. 3 pages in, I responded with the video. I recorded it. I posted it. Just because another supplier was "in" the video, makes no difference. Scottes never asked the other supplier to post it, nor did the other supplier ask scottes, or myself to post the video, nor did the other supplier ask scottes to start the thread. It was already a thread, that happened to have the question on everyones mind.

Wonder, Thank you for this information. I think thats really good to know and definately would agree that's a very good reason to get upset. I can appreciate your loyalty, that means that you've been treated really well and thats good. Makes me glad, and helps me to keep an open mind. I try to stay open minded anyhow, but it does help to see possitive experiences anyhow :smiles: I'm glad you like the xHaler so much, i'll have to check it out a bit more. :)

That said, i hate to say this but i still feel that it wasnt handled appropriately. Most especially because that person wasnt the only person with the complaint. The way to address it would have bee to explain why the thread was "CLOSED" not deleted using a last post to show his video evidence and inviting anyone who has trouble or problems to contact him so he could figure out what the problem with their PV is and rectify it. This is a professional way to address such a problem, yes he had right to be angry if what you said happened really happened, but to agress on anyone who questions the validity and never address the question what so ever? Thats not really so... good. It may be he's new to business and is struggling with a business growing very fast. and that is totally understandable.

However, i believe that THIS complaint made by the OP would be a MUCH smaller issue for Drew of nHaler if he'd appropriately addressed and KINDLY handled the at least implied problem with his product. The fact that he didnt has caused this situation to explode ten times worse then i believe it otherwise would have, and that is the Busiensses failing, no one elses.

In my opinion, which as i said, may be at least partially ignorant. Either way, i am glad to hear why he deleted the thread, but i still think he could have handled it better.

Shady is... drew having nothing else to respond with, other than attacking the "competing supplier's" Character, and using lies to attempt to do so, and not showing prove his mod works as advertised, as requested.

There have been lots of these... Whenever drew feels threatened, he deletes the post or the entire thread.

Thanks for clearing that up Raven - my opinion stands given Raven's information. as I said in my post a moment ago to wonder, either way, Drew didnt deal with it well.

Again, thanks for your clearing that up, Raven.

Now prior to hearing about this horrible customer service if we look at the OP's post history we see alot of praise for Nhaler and the xhaler too... You left out some of her post:
I also found the 801 cap difficult. My hands are literally raw because I worked so hard to put an 801 atty on my xhaler.

Sounds like she was having problems from the start but trying to stay positive.

OP is getting real close to pushing the limit of that 30 day return policy if she recieved it on the 16th of Nov. and it's 30 days from when it was shipped..
Yes she said in her post that she's sent it back already, it's sitting in a Post Office because he won't sign for the return. And this is after having to wait for a spring to be shipped to her that was left out.

would the return be handled different were it sent back sooner or BEFORE her husband started a thread containing a video made by a competing supplier and posted in his forum at that supplier's request?
It should be handled the same no matter how the company feels personally. It should be handled according to their return policy. Are you implying that it's ok if a company only accepts returns if the like you?

Wow....

Bottom Line, apparently far more people have had trouble with 'Drew' Then you guys were aware of. The company is not honoring their return policy which is a contract they agree to when selling their item with that posted on their website. Raven did NOT post for some one else, Scottes is irrelevant in that story considering he didnt have anything to do with the post, therefore so is his conection to the OP. To me it sounds like Jeff (thats his name right? The guy speaking in the video?) was being respectful of the rules, and didnt post the video himself. Raven was not limited by that rule, and thought people should know the product DID NOT work as intended. Also if its too high cant it blow atty after atty? To metthats a SERIOUSLY valid concern.

And of course... we still have no valid, real, honorable response from drew as to the 5v issue. Only proof his product doesnt work as it was supposed to.

And refusing to sign for a product is simply childish. It makes me wonder, honestly, if he's waiting until its past 30 days so he isnt required to respect or honor his agreement. Thing is, it wouldnt matter. He'd still be bound by his agreement. And please understand that is just speculation, i dont know why hes doing what he's doing.

I try and remain nutral, impartion, open minded and kind to everyone i come into contact with. I try to speak in a responsible way that isnt flamish, i try to be respectful to everyone around me. Thats my own personal agreement with myself. With that said, i still feel this situation is ridiculous. I dont understand why with so much evidence people are having a hard time accepting that there is a valid reason for the OP to be upset, or a valid reason to post that video.

Frankly, i wouldnt care if it was posted by some one who was competing with drew. the product **Doesnt work!!** like its supposed to. End of story. I'm glad for the information.

Just my... well i have to be up to like 76 cents by now lol. I keep posting my two cents, its got to add up!

Wow, implications of a conspiracy theory because of a customer service complaint based on a return policy that states items can be returned for any reason. All backed up from 1st day impressions of the user and the happenstance of small hands with a nice design feel. Throw in a video and spin the wheel of justice to find the most likely scenario. 8-o

I'm missing the underlying point as to why the OP would be conspiring against Nhaler. Can anyone enlighten me?

You left out some of her post:

Yes I left out some of the post...I didn't want to go on too long..and I didn't feel it was really that critical..if the raw hands were that much of an issue why would love for the device be proclaimed.. I know that if it were me and i had minor issues with something I ordered i wouldn't proclaim love for it until after all my issues were fixed..
Sounds like she was having problems from the start but trying to stay positive.

Yes she said in her post that she's sent it back already, it's sitting in a Post Office because he won't sign for the return. And this is after having to wait for a spring to be shipped to her that was left out.
All I was saying is that waiting almost the full 30 days of a return policy seems a bit odd to me..as for having to wait for a spring that was on one of 2 the other sounds as if it was operable from day one..

It should be handled the same no matter how the company feels personally. It should be handled according to their return policy. Are you implying that it's ok if a company only accepts returns if the like you?
I'm not implying anything.. I'm flat out saying that I think there is a lot more to the issue than we're hearing, and that all the coincidences between everything make me wonder even more..you know that saying about there being 3 sides to every story..

Let me also state for the record that while my experience with nhaler has been remarkable, I do not own an xhaler, it's NOT even on my short list of mods that I want to try first.. so my post was not as a xhaler fanboy..it was simply to remark on how untypical it is toward the trend on the forum, and that there is probably more to the story.. as I would expect if someone came out with a thread that stated that V4L, or cignot, or RMV (for examples) had horrible customer service.

Hi Drozd, I agree there is always another side to a story but I think we all have had equipment work wonderfully at first and once we gained experience with a new PV realized it wasn't so wonderful after all. When we put these devices thru it's paces, overtime, we may change our original stance. Thus a return policy for any reason could be based on experience gleaned anytime within a 30 day period.

It doesn't matter if the OP had 1 working Xhaler while awaiting the spring nor what the trend on the forum is. What matters is the lady decided to return the items within the time specified according to policy.

While I do not believe this to be true of the OP, in reality, she could enjoy the product for a few weeks and send it back and consider the cost of the shipping (both ways) to be a rental fee. The 30 day return policy does not prohibit this type of behavior if anyone wanted to do this. To not stand by a return policy makes one question as to what Nhaler's side of the story is...and we await that. Until then shouldn't we take the OP at their word?

What is the benefit of making this up?

So, here's what i dont understand. Why are you assuming she only just recently returned it? As she stated, the moment she got the packages and found one of her products didnt work, she told them and they sent her a spring tof ix it. BEFORE the spring got to her, which i can not believe took longer then a week, she had already emailed them and inform she would be returning both xhalers when she got the spring. when the spring arrived, she packed everything up and sent it ALL back to them.

Now, unless nHale has SUPER slow shipping, i just cant imagine that taking any more then 7 or 8 days at the most. Count in the lets say three or four days that her returned package spent in transit going back to nhale how many days is that so far? Maybe 12 days? Include the original ship date you've probably got at least two weeks. After which they have refused to SIGN for the package for a week now. That leaves a week.

NO, i dont think she was cutting it close. Frankly, i dont understand why you care how long it took. I agree with ladyRaj's previous post - it wouldnt matter. either way she decided it wasnt for her. But even still, she didnt wait long to make up her mind. They just refused to sign for the package and now the package is on its way back to the OP as a result of that, which is going to end up costing to be returned again all because of a really chilidish refusal to sign and give her the refund she requested before her replacement part even arrived.

I find it quite unfortunate that the OP did not post her concerns in a forum in which the supplier could defend themself. If a true resolution was desired, would that not be the appropriate starting point? As many have said, there are two sides to every story and we are only hearing one side. It is also a shame that this topic has strayed from it's original course only to return to the BS of the voltage offered by the Xhaler. Some of you have posted that you were considering the purchasing the Xhaler or doing business with this supplier and that now you no longer will.... That based on one thread where you have only heard one side of the story? That blows me away. I suggest you dig a little deeper and weigh the positive customer experience that 99% of folks have had with Nhaler before making such a rash and uninformed decision. If not, you are doing yourself an injustice. Flame away....
