Nicotime.... thank you about the spring (in wiper motor) caution. That's why I actually ended up robbing ConnMan of some springs out of his mod box.... perfect for replacing the brush springs.
Circumspice .... when you find the Chrysler engineer.... PM me.....
Actually I very much love my Chrysler..... and have driven and worked on Chryslers for years..... BUT..... the engineering sucks.... no other way to put it. Like the wiper assembly.... created to set in an area that easily collects water.... thus.... wiper motor sets in water..... rots...... and here I am..... wiperless in Florida Thunderstorms.
So good to see people making these or knowing they will when they can!

OMG!!! I spent $334.04 at Harbor Freight last night!!!
I'm preparing to start modding and decided to start assembling the tools and equipment that I will need.
I got the suction cup mounted tilt vise.
I got the helping hand with magnifier.
I got a bunch of rotary tool bits.
I got a mini drill & rasp set.
I got a precision knife set.
I got organizer drawer boxes for tools and parts.
Then I saw other tools...
I got the 10 pc SAE 6pt color deep well socket set.
I got the 10 pc SAE 6pt color standard depth socket set.
I got a battery float charger.
I got a 4 foot level, a torpedo level & a post level.
I got a 24" square.
Then I saw the lawn and garden section...
I got a hammock with frame.
I got a 6 foot bistro umbrella.
I got a drip irrigation set.
I got 2 tarps.
plus lots of other miscellaneous lawn & garden tools...
When I started seriously considering buying a concrete mixer, I had to get out of there! (I NEED a concrete mixer!)
I have so many ongoing projects, I don't even know where to start.
I also drive a Chrysler product, a Dodge Ram conversion van. I have continual problems with the wiper linkage. The nylon bushings keep popping out or wearing out. I've had the linkage fall apart on me 3 times in the last year, always during a severe thunderstorm, while I'm on the road... It's maddening! I've used OEM bushings and after market bushings. The OEM are only marginally better than the after market ones. I think it's just poor design. We won't even go into how difficult it is to do common scheduled maintenance, because of the dang doghouse! If I didn't love my van so much, I'd hate it!
So, if I find a Chrysler engineer, I'll save some of him to send to you...
