As long as it's around 163 watts it'll be fine hahaIt's a cloud chaser all the way. Just needs any mod that can cope with the watts needed to power big coils. I have been really impressed with it so far.
That's approaching mandatory at .4ohm. I ....ed up and stuck a dripper on the NC that had a .16 dual in it, and when I took a pull it barked and snapped like a pitbull and about choked me. My first thought was wtf, then looked at the sticky labels that I put on my attys (too many builds/attys to remember without help) and thought no wonder you [edited]. Be careful...Best tip for the noisy cricket is to build above .4 ohms. My go-to build was a 26g dual coil, 6 wraps on a 3/32 bit! Vaped great! Also, 24g 12wrap dual on a 7/64 bit!
Dual 26g 11 wraps each in my build, somes out at around 0.9 ohms. Really impressed how the Cricket performs with this build, no ramp up time!![]()
I'll bet...lol Are you friends with a plastic surgeon who sells batteries on the side?

Huh? 0.9 ohm build draws less than 10 amps and fires at around 78 watts. Why would a plastic surgeon be needed?...... :-/
Figuring battery sag and atty/mod resistance, with fresh batteries you could have 7.8 volts as the NC is in series. Better fire up your calculator and check the amps again for a .09 build.

Every since I got my Cricket, I have had to ask people what a regulated mod was again. LoL! I have several regulated mods. From straight power to TC and this thing stays glued to my hand. I never cared for TC so anything that delivers a smack like the Cricket is definitely a winner in my book.

. 1 is 84 amps, that's incredibly stupid. People who build that stupid low make the news and screw us who have a brain.Actually you can build as low as you want on a series mod. I have tried someone's series mod with a 0.1 ohm build and it's super flavorful but hot hot hot. The only thing you need to pay attention to is your batteries. I put samsung 25r in my cricket but I never build below 0.4 ohms on it. If you use a higher drain battery, you can get away with super low build. The only thing is how hot a vape you enjoy. For me, a 0.45 build on the cricket is a tad bit warmer than a 0.1 ohm build in parallel. Make sure if you build below 0.3 tho use a big diameter to wrap your coils so your cotton doesn't dry out too quick.
