honestly how many box mods have you owned that you had a problem with the port? The only time I can ever remember in the last 4 years was with the original MVPs (3-4 years ago) and they took care of that first lot right away, even the cheapie (disposable) box mods now are not reporting port problems?

YoursTruli, BoxMods to date hadnt been my choice. BUT for the vapors around me, I've already seen 2 turn dodgy-neither were DIY, more importantly neither could be held as "comps" to the Radius what so ever. Both ends of the $ spectrum though, the lava and the ever popular clouper-poopers everywhere in HongKong; since I dont have that many vape peeps in day to day, to me, it seems alot. Im an eternal optimist, so undoubtedly it'll be as well made by ProVape as all their prior products. Same as "tubes", there's just NO comparison between Lava and Provari!! NO comparison between the gazillion China made tubes and ProVari! Its again as personal choice an issue as brands of Cigs ppl bought, LOL! Im crossing fingers this will be a big win for ProVape- luv em.

I'm trying to find that post but its kinda hard on those 180 pages Can anyone give me any answer about TC or how i can find this post

I should hope so, but USB being a weak point has been mentioned quite often in previous speculation threads as to why ProVari wouldn't have one, as it would be the weak point of the mod...

Well, I have no doubt ProVape has given this every consideration possible. So I wouldn't worry if I were you.

ProVape was very specific on this and the Radius will NOT have TC. They said no Provari will until the science is completely perfected.

Usb ports are almost never the problem......it's how they are mounted. If they are mounted in such a way that the board flexes when you plug into it (iow "spongey" plug), then eventually the solder points are going to give.
I highly doubt provape would be so thoughtless in their design.

Bingo! Its actually "why" Ive higher hopes for ProVari than the others. these are exactly the design points they slave over.

You need some of these handy little things little rubber plugs, offer some protection against water and dust. Cost next to nothing.

15-17ml/day!? Wow... Even at "high wattage" 30-60W I only burn through about 5ml/day, and I'm using 1mg-3mg (I make my own, as at high wattage, 3mg is too much).

this is worth a chin wag! I vape 10-15mls on a heavy work from home day, several 18500s. Its not constant though. Out and about its going to drop way down to as light as 3mls, 2 batts for a long heavy day has me covered.(spares everywhere). I travel weekly- so thats carrying 2 to 3 Provaris w/fully loaded tanks atop (2-6cc each) on top- I'll toss 2 bottles @10mls each into the zippy lock for TSA review. Im "flavor" over clouds hands down, Nic delivery priority means the higher the Nic, the higher the tendency for liquids to darken up on me and so I tend to vape cool and <watts. Batts are my biggest risk for getting buggered up. Its another lure to USB, dual batts, etc. Im curious thats all. For St Nicholas' Day (tee hee hee) I'll either go to new P3 with new HoH on top OR possibly Radius w/same. Since Im still 2.5s I watch both, patiently.

Just changed the battery in my mini...took about five minutes. Pulled battery and set on table, teapot was screaming so I got up to turn it off. Cat was underfoot so I gave her some food.Forgot what I was doing...got tea and sat down, went to take a vape and...no battery Got up to go get battery and cat was underfoot, picked up a string and amuzed cat for a while...forgot what I was doing...

Sounds like a perfect Saturday to me!!!

Going back to the talk on the polycarbonate shell... I'm rather happy about that. I hope it means the mod will be lighter. I'm tired of carrying a near one pound box mod, when you add battery, tank and juice. Any chance Vape360 would tell us what she weighs?
P.S: beautifully designed piece of kit. I'm going with Cabernet.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. The likelihood that ProVape took that Radius to the event without having EVERY INTENT of the information "leaking" is beyond "low". It's downright out of the question.

Remember who we're talking about here. They are the masters when it comes to marketing in this industry.
