I was. A friend has done much research into coat color and genetic defects.

Dachshunds have really changed. When I was a kid the only ones you saw were red or black and tan, now look at them.

More trivia: Irish Setters are red, but if you look at historical pictures of them they also came in red and white. It was considered a lost variant of the breed. Now they are back, but as a different breed - the Irish Red and White Setter. During the comeback the ACK standard may have changed, but that's where the breed came from.

Keep an eye on the classifieds here, I was able to pick up a Gem in mint condition a few weeks ago for a good price. In my opinion, it's the best looking atomizer on the market and it really delivers on the flavor. But... the Erlkonigin is still the King in my rotation.

Can't wait to try the Calix V2 with a P3 base that ByLeo is putting out next month.

I'm looking forward to the Calix v2 P3 side AF base and will probably end up getting a second Calix with the 510 base - great flavor on this rta!

No idea. It did take about 5 minutes before it finished. I'd say an hour is way too long.
Did you read the .pdf that came with the software? That's all I got.

I did read the PDF and read it again today before I installed on the laptop, just in case I missed something. My son suggested that I uninstall and re-install but I haven't done that yet. Spent way too much time on it the last two days.

One question - after you connected the Radius, did you press the fire button as suggested by @Vape360?
Some additional things to try: do you have a different USB cable you can try to connect the Radius to the computer?
Can you try plugging the Radius into a different USB port on the computer?
Lastly, can you right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Manage', then click on device Manager. In the right panel, click on the arrowhead (triangle?) to open the list of USB ports and verify that they are all enabled?

Those would be where I would start my search. The device Manager should show something like what is pictured below, if everything is enabled.

I'm sorry but I think "best base mix" is subjective & can't be applied to everyone. It's all in the taste. What works well for others 'n all that jazz.

I think there is some truth to the conventional wisdom that PG carries flavor better. I did a (non-scientific) comparison recently. I only vape one juice...Halo's Tribeca (it got me off cigs). No one knows the exact ratio, but I've seen estimates as high as 80-85% PG. Anyway, just last month, they added a high VG version (70%VG), so I figured I would try it just for the heck of it. It's not a bad juice, but the subtlety and complexity is lost. Also, a couple of the flavor notes (my favorite being the popcorny-breadcrusty note) are muted. And, while the cloud looks big and thick, it actually feels more 'airy'...e.i. it has less throat hit.

For my test, I used two Lemo Drops with the exact same build (0.8) on my two Radii(?) vaped side by side.

Well--total frustration again today trying to update the Radius. I am not too bad with computers so this has me totally stumped.

Yesterday I installed everything on my desktop PC. It all seemed installed correctly but it will not recognize the radius. I did try running it as 'administrator' and I did try to 'wake up' the Radius to get it to connect.

Today I started over and installed everything on my PC laptop--same problem.

I did make sure Windows was totally up to date on both computers.

On the laptop today when I plugged in the Radius--down at the bottom it said installing one the drivers failed. However when installing the program--the drivers installed. When I plugged in the other two Radius--it did not give me the 'driver' message at all.

I have tried all three Radius and not a single one is recognized--I just get a message to 'wait while Device Data is Received' -- left one plugged in for an hour and nothing.

Any thoughts anyone??

I could have sworn I got the same message about the drivers not installing. However, I just said screw it and clicked on version 19 anyway, and it worked. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate, btw.

Good Grief! I haven't the time to catch up some 10 pages so - Yes, Piper's ears will stand. His siblings - 2 sisters - were already standing but he has the largest ears - and is the smaller of the 3 lol - of them all and he has a gorgeous dense fur which will become ear fringe so it may take a few more weeks before they are completely erect.

The black and white is a show dog from when she was getting her championships years back. The breeder is retired now.

I've been wanting to ask. I notice several here charge over night. At the same time, everyone and their brother, says "Never charge unattended".

I've been a bit leary charging while I sleep, or am out in the yard, while charging in the house. I do know that Provape is all about safety. Is the Radius indeed THAT much safer. Enough so to leave it alone to do it's thing?

Sure would be nice to have a fresh bat. already in the device when I wake up!

I have been vaping at 26W and it's been lasting me a day or more (or about 15ml). I think the radius is very efficient.

I have yet to kill/drain the battery to 0%. It's very possible that it may last me a full day. Usually plug it in for a few hours mid day. I've vaping at 15 watts/1.1ohm build. I'm at 75% (I'm guessing wish the device would tell me). Been vaping since about 9am. So vaping for 4 hours or so. But......Not vaping as heavy as I normally do.

As anyone had issues with rotating batteries? Any issues with the cap/spring/etc breaking with switching out the batteries each day. Seems to me that the Radius slows down charging way in advance before it hits 4.20[/QUOTE]
Ive done a lot of battery swaps on it (running a dual coil build in a genny tank at 30 watts)...it's holding up well....and I've gotten the swap down pat...takes about 15 seconds now.
