As I've said before, I think we all need to remember that there are kids still smoking in africa.

I wanted something simple and dependable. My Provari works great all the time and has kept me from smoking since September. Whatever works to keep you off cigarettes...I don't waste my time hating any brand of vaporizer or claiming superiority of any device. When I decided to upgrade from minis, the Provari was the most recommended device and I'm glad I made the choice I did.

I own a ProVari & a Zmax. I bought the Zmax so I could try VW & I found that setting the Zmax to 9.5 W, I get the same vape as the ProVari set to 4.7 or 4.8 V, with the same style (ohm) tank/carto or atty. So having VW doesn't really mean anything to me. One thing I know, I'll be vaping the ProVari long after the Zmax goes the way of the 2 Lavatubes I had .... in the trash.

I notice you left out Camel, which would win hands down.
;)

ewww!!! Only time I smoked Camels is when they gave out free samples in the bar and I paid for it by coughing my lungs even more than normal a few days later. They grind the tobacco leaves finer in camel and include tobacco dust for that 'distinctive" flavor.

People generally don't make a lot of recommendations for things that aren't available.

Now I can sum it up for you. iTaste SVD thread, somebody saying the provari is better blah blah

Someone wants a VW device and asks about the assortment, someone comes in and blabs about the provari and this will continue even if the OP states they aren't interested in one.

So people don't hate the provari, they hate people who won't shut up about it when it's not the topic of discussion.

Some people have fun with the flavor of the month type mods and some people just don't want to spend the provari amount on one device. People who act like that and not wanting a provari or to hear about the provari again is some kind of heresy...are really annoying.

I assume you are talking about my post, it's gone now. If I made it sound like that sorry, my point was the size, and the difference in size and how I couldn't picture a pv that big working for me. I probably didn't word it as well as I should have (...never post after having a couple beer...got it). I didn't think I was stating why one is better than the other, just what would/wouldn't work for me. In the future if I need to compare the size of an APV to a provari I'll find a flashlight, or screwdriver or personal vibrator to compare it to.

Camels were my favorite. I started with regular unfiltered and over the years changed to Camel Filters then to Camel Lights (now called Camel Blues). There was a time that I smoked True menthols during the seventies but I was smoking weird stuff back then.

True was the first brand I smoked.

This is so amazing! A thread with the word "ProVari" in the title that's gone on for 17 pages without bloodshed!

Bwahahahaha! That is funny!

I just find it all to be about as fascinating as a pissing contest. In other words, not at all interesting.

Is a Porsche the best car? Not if you need to pull a boat trailer or a camper or if you have three kids in carseats. It's about what you need and what works for you and your vaping style. There is no one right choice of anything that works for everybody. Get over yourself if you think what you own is the be-all end-all PV. It isn't. I use Stardusts all the time. I love them. There are plenty of members who love to hate Stardusts. Doesn't make me cry. Stardusts work for me. What do I care if someone else hates using them and thinks the devil made them in his fiery factory down south. I tried Kangers. Hated them. So what? I don't go into every Kanger thread and complain about how bad they suck just because I don't like them. I'm glad we have lots of options so that every vaper can find what works for him/her. I'm also glad we have lots of ice cream flavors available so I don't have to have a double dip of teaberry (yuck). And I'm glad we all don't have to wear the same exact style of underwear or shoes or use exactly the same laptop or . . . wait, what were we talking about again? Oh, yeah, use whatever PV works for you and stop comparing how far you can pee. Just be glad that you can.

There I go.....liking your posts again! Quit saying things I wish I could say but don't think of till Wayyy later :D

OK, OK. Soory about my super nooby post about the ProVari. Guess I will just wait until next week to get in on the new one.

I get it now. It is the people that make the mod annoying, not the other way around. Now that I understand I have gotten what I wanted from the thread. Thanks for all the fun. :)

Thank YOU for all the fun ;) This had to be one of the most pleasant non debates in a loooong while.

Obviously one of them got JBoxed...

 Someday JBoxed will be a standard phrase like a sitcom having a "Jumping the Shark" moment

Don't own one but I'm sure they are great. From the amount of recommendations given out to but one I don't see much hating going on. Apples and oranges to be honest everyone will have a favorite some just become rabid fanboys when they find it. This happens in any " mine is better than yours" situation and only serves to let insecure people stroke their own egos.
