Just finished making a pot of "Potaje de lenteja" (Lentil Stew) - complete with Ham and Potatoes and some bacon pieces. This is what really helped me through the long snow storms in Chicago. Add garlic for that extra touch....

Oh my, now if I could only duplicate dat in a joose, I'd be in a winter dining/vaping wonderland! I do luv my homemade winter soups...

Well, I don't have any vapemail on the way. But, those vaping goodies do need to be kept organized. So, I went to Michael's today. Look at all the goodies I got for my vaping supplies!

The clear rectangular box on top is one of ten. That's actually what I went there looking for. I had bought a few of them a couple of years ago, and they turned out to be the perfect size for so very many things and the perfect size to fit inside larger containers to organize all those things. I finally went back to get more.

Then I found this cute little round container that has little 6 compartments containers attached to the sides. Perfect for something to keep my most commonly used stuff in to carry around the house.

And, they had a sale! The big plastic box full of 14 photo sized smaller boxes was 40% off.

I think it's time to rearrange all my vape supplies! For example, some of the little rectangular boxes could hold RBAs (one in each box) and the purple flat box could hold my silica. The possibilities are endless!

I did mention before that I'm a container junky, right?

I'm 53 and found out that vaping is far more fun and more satisfying than smoking. I was wondering if I'm old enough to sit on the porch.

:D:vapor:

Welcome! If ya had da wisdom to find us, you're IN!!! We don't check IDs. Good thing there isn't a minimum IQ threshold, otherwise I wouldn't be here.

Pull up a rocker and sit a spell. Got a vapin' story? We're all ears!

Most of the containers were in the beading section. The big one was on a clearance rack. If it's not there, it my be with photo books since it's designed to hold photos. Have fun!

I keep imagining what I could use them for. The circular one might also be a good 'Clearomizer Central' because there are 5 containers attached to the sides with 6 compartments in each. That's room for 30 clearomizers (more than I'm likely to ever own at one time). Then, in the center is a little tray that could hold drip-tips. And, under the tray is a big empty space that could hold boxes of spare heads.

Between that and the big container, I could possibly organize my entire 3 years of vaping suppies (other than DIY and RBAs). I still have 808s, 801s, . . . . No, I do not ever throw anything away, almost.

Welcome to all the new folks - Zelly, Misswish1, Wildman, MsMcVayp, X6X8 and Kim and any others I may have missed.

When you-all leave your house, what do you take with you? I always take a minimum of 3 batteries with 3 different flavours in the tanks/cartos on them and one charger. Is that normal? When I do happen to run into another vaopr they only seem to have one setup on them... or maybe I'm just paranoid of hitting a problem and facing having to go without nic or buy a pack of smokes.... maybe it's a "new-vapor" anxiety thing I will eventually overcome????

I use to take at least two eGos or Spinners with toppers as well as the eGo PCC I got for charging on the go. Now I just take my eRoll with 3 complete batteries, two extra cartridges and my 400 mAh Spinner with an EVOD. This is just for outings of 2-4 hours. I would probably take more for longer outings. For trips to the grocery or hair dresser I just take my eRoll.

Now travelling is a whole other scenario - I usually take enough juice for a month - when just going for a week  just never know what might happen when travelling. I take at least 3 (10ml) bottles in my carry on and then another 3 (30ml) in my checked luggage. Last trip I took one iTaste VV3, a 900 mAh Spinner, 1000 mAh ego, 650 mAh ego, 400 mAh Spinner, 350 mAh ego, my eRoll, my eGo PCC, 2 eGo charges, the iTaste charger, the eroll charger and the PCC charger. All this plus one juice device for each of the batteries as well as at least 2 or more spare coils for each.

Most of this fits in a large makeup travel bag I bought just for my vaping supplies (other than the juice that is wrapped with packing tape and double bagged for travel) I also bring scissors and packing tape to pack it all up again for the trip home. Yup - travel as a smoker was a lot easier - 2 cartons of cigarettes and one lighter and off I went.........

Going to be doing my first beach vacation in April when we head to Jamaica for 10 days. will have to be doing some planning on what to take for 10 days - might have to get a bigger makeup bag  A little worried about how to keep the sunscreen, sand and water away from my devices - but I am sure I can make it work.

@Janet - now you walking around the house with one in your hand and two in your pockets - I can relate. However, I use a 16oz travel mug that is heavy enough to not tip over with 3 or 4 devices and I just carry that around the house to where ever I am hanging out.

Oh and my eVic has never left the house - partly because of the size and the rest because of the cost to replace it.

So, here's a kinda personal question, but as someone who has been doing this for 6 months, I'm just a bit curious.
How much e-liquid do you folks go through is a week? Is it measured in MLs or quarts :)

I think I'm averaging about 2 ml a day, so about 14 ml or so a week. That is until I got a bottle of Suicide Bunny O.B. in the mail. Darn near made myself nic sick with the SB the first day or two...

I started last year at 49, so yeah, you are old enough!
Welcome! And look over there! Your favorite rocker! Have a seat and enjoy the vape!

Bonus answer for when they say "but you look stupid sucking on that thing"

'Not as stupid looking as dragging around an oxygen tank"

What's really stupid is watching someone unhook their oxygen tank, so they can smoke a cigarette. :nah:
I've seen it lots of times ... now there's a real "die hard"

Well I am knocking on wood - but so far no questions or even a second look. I am hoping that continues .

Oh and for Jake - I am not positive but I think 3-4 ml/day.

Strange. I call them die-easys :)
And don't want to be one of them.

This is why I tell people that I used to have incipient COPD.
We are told there is no cure for COPD, yet I have NO symptoms of it anymore.
