26g for nickel or kanthal ,
I got some 30g , for the future. Seems any higher gauge the wire gets too thin and any lower gauge the number of wraps gets too high.
For what seems comfortable to me.
Work is done. Vaped the usual Reds today and didn't think once about smoking. I built up a $10 off credit at my local shop so I got another Subtank Mini for a decent price. They changed to a new base. Haven't had a chance to look at the RBA deck to see if there are any changes to that on these new ones.
Decided to try the GJ4 version of the RY4 after liking Patriot so much. Probably going to let the rest of the bottle steep for a few weeks. It's not all that good right now. A little like vaping an ashtray, TBH. The sweet portion of it is faint and syrupy, like molasses instead of caramel and vanilla. Or it could just be me.
Patriot was really good though.
And the woman that works at my local shop is amazing. She is smart and nice and she is beautiful so today's musical selection is for her.

Pretty good. Without a doubt the strongest strawberry vape I've had so far. Seems like one of those that could benefit from a steep but it probably won't last through the night. Not perfect but good enough.

It was that magic screw size that you recommend for making coils-- just for future reference. A bit longer than the original, but not as easy to lose.

I didn't know that, thank you for mentioning it. I made some coffee extract once but never gave it a fair go. Smelled good thought. Glad you got your smilie back!
Yep, same theory in jelly making, though in that case it's water, not pg.
