The older I get, the more I learn. The more I learn... The more worried I become.
It's not paranoia if they really ARE out to get you.
Mix equal parts powdered sugar and baking soda... Cut small holes in the bottom of a can or plastic container, put the mixture in the bottom and set where you see Ants.We use something called Terro ant killer. We get hundreds, thousands of those little ants coming into the house every summer. They drink the stuff, take it back "home," and it kills them all. You have to redo it when the eggs hatch but then they are gone. If they stay out in the yard, we leave them alone. One of the few things we kill.
We prefer buying the little bottle of it. You put drops of the stuff around on little tabs from the box and the ants love it. They will disappear in about two days.
There are also these self contained "feeders."
But the ants do have to take it back to the nest to kill all of them.
If your pets get I to it, no harm. If kids get into it, no harm.
Ants will bring it back to the nest to feed the queen. Ants are unable to burp, and the baking soda will react with the acid in the stomach, and actually pop them dead.
My husband was home sick for four days. When I smoked, every time he even thought about getting sick, I got sick. Usually straight to the throat and chest. in the 25 years that I've known him, he's been down sick this badly 3-4 times. I didn't get sick this time and I credit it to vaping. For that matter, I haven't been sick from a bug for over two years, as long as I've been vaping. Just wanted to add that to the mounting pile of testimonials about vaping and suddenly not getting sick any more.

Just a FWIW. I rarely get more than a day out of any mod. But got a MVP3 and... going on 3 days. Battery down 1/2.
Now I don't use one mod exclusively but the batt life ot this one is amazing.

I have to think battery technology has moved forward. I alternate two eGrips, said to be 1500 mah, and they last me all day. With 18350 IMR mods, I was changing batteries at least 3 times during a day.
Does anyone have one of these? It is sold with the Iclear30, which I do not care about - what I want to know is whether or not it will hold my protanks...

FWIW, the VTR comes with an adapter so you can really mount any tank on it. Just that if it's too wide it has to sit on top.
And speaking of tanks... it weighs as much as one!

I am looking at it because the tank sits on the side so the length is not as obtrusive. For my purposes the weight will not be a problem because it will never go in my pocket - it will be used as my recliner PV... when I am relaxing...

But anywho, it is heavier than you think. Nearly a full pound. That, to me, is obtrusive. But we iz all different. It's a well made piece. But the weight alone makes it one of my lesser favs. Of course, YMMV.

A Protank 1 is 18.52mm in diameter and will fit easily. The iClear 30S is 18.98mm in diameter. I just measured both of them. I don't have any later Protank versions but I don't think that the diameter changed with the Protank 2, 3, etc.
The Protank 1 is shorter than an iClear 30S and the bottom flare of the Protank 1's permanent drip tip sits below the upper side ring of a VTR but that doesn't really affect anything except aesthetics.
It's true that a VTR with a Protank or iClear 30S on it is lower in height than any other mod I know of. But unobtrusive it is not. Gary has explained the reasons for that. With my recollection being that you like small mods and toppers, I cannot imagine you liking the VTR. Just my opinion, obviously.

I'm in Florida, so not much more I can do except contribute to a croudfunding campaign. But these people are more intrested in legal ramifications for DIY than in the fact that yet another freedom is being denied. I can take two more days of it (I think), then I have to hit the ignore.

The A listers are starting to roll in. Ry4 from Mr Vape and a 10ml of "special blend" synthetic tobacco. Got some Twilite and Gold for myself and threw in a 10ml order of Renegade for Deb. Nite Lite upgraded it to a 30ml bottle for free. Charge up your batteries, Deb.

Sheesh! Smokers became 2nd class citizens as far as rights are concerned and vapors are only a 1/2 step behind.
Some of the smokers I've vaped around are the silliest I've seen griping about about vaping but then again, we have a lot here on ECF that love to run down smokers, too.
The vapers remind me of people in AA who drank like a fish for 20 years, quit for a month and start crusading against drinkers.
We are in the same boat.
Njoy (the guys with the bucks and the attorneys), MBV and others have a big stake in this. Do you really think they aren't making battle plans? The big problem seems to be, from what I've read, is no one really knows exactly what the bill means. Someone pointed out that it's so ambiguous that it may end up being tossed. I'm betting the Big Guns are waiting to see what Indiana actually tries to enforce before bringing a suit against them. No point in showing your hand before the bets have been placed. If it does go to court, it ought to be hilarious to watch the defense try to explain it.
I'm not sure what comments you read but yes, people here can be brutal against their former comrades. ECF is a safe place to vent your frustrations with smokers. I think most here would never say it to a smokers face that they stink. It's humiliating to discover that all the pains you went though to not offend nonsmokers were pretty feeble and we all used to stink.
Then there are the current smokers that tell you you are "smoking" antifreeze, a zillion carcinogens and so on. They'll keep smoking their cigarettes because it's so much safer. It's frustrating, especially if they aren't open to hearing the truth. Who else is going to understand that except fellow ECFers? Personally, I feel very sorry for anyone that still smokes.
She is most welcome! Nothing like several thousand uninvited guests moving in and refusing to leave. We were very grateful to find the stuff.
