No one has tried TFA's orange mandarin?

Looking good so far today. No structures lost that I'm aware of. Deb, the smoke "lays down" at night and can smother hundreds of square miles.

I don't see the attraction either. Must be because I'm old.

What has been seen can't be unseen. Yikes! Please .... Please no more of these.

Well, my 1 year anniversary is Saturday. This August is a big month for me. It's the month I quit smoking, & I have a birthday, & some where around my birthday (probably the 25th or 26th) I'm getting a stem cell transplant that is supposed to wipe out this Rhuematoid Arthritis. SoI have three blessings to celebrate! Which calls for a Super Shiney!

Woowee! Congrats on all of above. Nice looking new 'shiney'.

:toast:

I wish I could find a local group of 40-50 something vapers. There are groups and such with the local vape shops, but everyone is 1/2 my age.

I was looking around in the threads, and didn't see much action in the Southern California location.

I've got my eye out for it.

Welcome to the front porch Inni. Check out our back porch too (I think someone just posted the link to it a couple posts back).

So, how long have you been vaping and what's your current gear and juice?

Welcome, Inni! Here's the best thing about the porches: Every time you come back, the folks here welcome you with open arms. Extraordinarily generous people hang on these porches!

I know where you've been ;)

Might could be ... :)

Thanks Tutu, I surrendered to the urge to squonk wood!

Me too, Kenna. It's an amazing vape! Very pretty Woodvil ya got there. Happy Vaperversary!

Nope, no more. They are big in Portland and it always takes us off guard. Sloth didn't have one, though it seems he lied about coming back. :(

As far as I know, the fire's holding at 265 acres and no structures lost. Thanks for the well wishes everyone. :)

No one has tried TFA's orange mandarin?

OK, I admit I did. Since it was in my DIY genesis, I just didn't want to admit dat my t-buds were clueless, and so was my alchemy ability at dat time.

I've tried several manufacturers' various orange flavs. My fav is VZ Gourmet 'Sweet Orange'. BUT, beware of their 'Strong Orange'! It's da most 'powerful' orange flav I've experienced. Most orange flavs taste like rind (much like watermelon flavs) and VZ's SO is da strongest. It might be a good fer a 'drop or two' to accent a recipe. but be careful.

I don't see the attraction either. Must be because I'm old.

No thanx! I need no help in being ugly...

Well, first off, a geriatric open arms warm welcome wagon greeting!

BTW, you'll probably benefit more from being a ol' porcher vs. a vape shop shopper.

Glad ya dropped in and are testing da waters. Grab a rockin' chair, sit a spell, relax and enjoy whatever we have to offer. Hope ya found a cyber home![/QUOTE]

Thanks Mick - I went to church in Irvington. Left Indy when I graduated college and only went back to visit my folks. They've both passed, so not much call for me to go there these days. Wish I could have enjoyed it more as an "adult", but I'm not too far away :)

I bought it in a military surplus type store here in OKC. I think I paid about $40 for it. I'm not sure if they still have them in stock. Check online the brand is VISM [HASHTAG]#CVFRB2918G[/HASHTAG]. It is a great bag. I guess ou could call it my murse - man purse. LOL
The link took me to somewhere else on ECF. :(

Thanks, guess I'll pass. :( On the bright side, you saved me $1.49. :)

Guess I'll stick with drinking my oranges. More nutritious too.

Need help carrying that frying pan, I'm first in line. :D
 The text links to Kenna's ECF page. Bet you can't do that again.

Google NcStar First Responders Utility Bag, lots of options. Still drooling over it.

I think it might have been Cortana who did that. She must be trying to tell me something. I wonder, maybe Cortana wants me to buy a new mod, and it's something that Kenna has.

Well, in that case, I say you obey Cortana. I think I like Cortana very much. :) Who is she?

Into orange? Might want to try CAP Sweet Tangerine and Juicy orange.
If it's going to be that finicky, I'll just pass. I'm on an OJ kick right now and almost let it get the better of me, but thank you.
Cortana is an AI in Halo?
Googed her. One headline says she's Window's 10 "thoughtful, flaky assistant." But she does seem to know her mods.

I guess there are so many of us old vapers because vaping didn't come along until we were old. Not so likely that a teenager today will smoke for the next 50 years before switching over to vaping. Unless the FDA manages to put the lid on it for another generation that is. Either way this could be the one and only major appearance of wrinkly old vapers. The baby boomers last stand.

I have the TFA Orange Mandarin, now I just need a good recipe. I hope it is as good as it smells.
Good luck with the fires. My Son-in-Law used to travel around the states and fight the fires. He loved doing it, however, his boss was very slow at giving out the paychecks.

Happy anniversary and happy birthday. Since it is such an important month, I hope you have a lot planned with friends and family.
Sorry, I have been slow responding. I have been having fun with my Grandsons. They are up on their semi-annual visit from Houston.

Hello and welcome, Inni. Loads of great folks here and on the back porch.

The link took me to somewhere else on ECF. :(
It wasn't suppose to be a link. It is the model number for the bag. I have had many comments from people when they see my bag. Best one I have ever had. Loads better than the messenger bags I used to carry.
