Can you think of something better? High Ω or low W? Not real catchy.
how about just calling us vapors. I am a retired OTR haz-mat driver who spend my life on the road transporting materials that would wipe out a small town. I have TSA clearance and am trained in explosives.I participated in NHTSA field test of steering tires and disk breaks for large trucks and have the dubious honor of having been an instructor in a government sponsored experimental training program where 10% of the trainees and instructors were killed during training. I also qualified expert at 1000 yards with 30 and 50 caliper and at 58 can still hit a bowling pin at 700 yards.not exactly the kind of feminine wimp that the title tootle puffer implies. we are vapors.nothing more.

Holy crude ... I can't even see a bowling pin at 700 yards. And not sure if I can still roll an 18 pound ball down the alley and hit one either.

Anyway - welcome to the porch. Find a comfortable rocker, err..umm, chair if'n you don't fancy rockers yet and make yourself at home.

That's a really great piece of research, and I dare say the most thorough analysis to date of toxins in e-liquid.

Reading the full text of the study, there is a LOT to absorb. Among the many international makers of e-liquid whose samples were tested, there are 5 US-based manufacturers. It seems clear that of those US manufacturers, Johnson Creek definitely needs to improve on its current process, but there may be others as well. As I said, a LOT of information to absorb. Thanks for posting the link, Semi!

I saw one thread quoting that car batts run at 750 watts - so guess what is next... Someone somewhere will try it - I just hope they survive the venture...

I did see a video of someone vaping off a car battery. It was a curiosity thing for him, not showing off. From the looks of it, once was enough for him.

Downloaded the PDF and understood roughly one out of ever 8-10 words. Thank you for posting that. I'll have to reread with the dictionary. The gist of it seems to be that they are safe but could be improved upon.

I used to chase pyrocumulus for a living.

You don't have to call yourself a tootle puffer. Again, it's a term someone coined for fun and the folks in that thread are having a lot of fun with it and not being derogatory about it to the best of my knowledge. I have not read the whole thread but the parts that I have are people just having a good time.

Well the protank mini 3 arrived today and mums so far liking it.
Have the usual doubting , "will this explode ",,
" no not unless you stick it into a stick of dynamite".

Seems she is what people are calling a tootie puffer.
I travel all ways well sort of.
High whats , low watts , most the time 0.3 - 1.4Ω.
Though not too much a fan of too restrictive a draw.
Prefer not having to be a hoover to get the vapour.

And another win for Mum! Congrats Wolf, well done.

I don't care for restricted air flow either. Kind of like drinking a milkshake through a skinny straw.

Interesting thing about a car battery, just because you have all those amps & volts to use doesn't mean that you have to use them all. Most of the stuff in your car is on 10 amp fuses anyway.

I think the original term was "low wattage, tight draw, tootle puffer" but I also prefer a more airy draw so I leave that part out :)

Tight draw? :( Until that thread, I thought it referred to the REO folks. Missed the tight draw part. I'll leave that part out too.

Right now the husband's just home from work and not feeling well
    hope he feels better soon!!

I agree. Not changing flavors until a topper is empty, to spare threads, is getting to be a drag. I need something sweeter.
I don't think I ever worried about that, maybe I should have, dunno. But now I just change out a bottle if I want to change. although I'm fortunate that I can vape a flavor I like for a long time. I suppose I would "like" more flavors if I vaped them sporadically, but I only vape flavors that I can vape a long time.

Did I mention this is really good? :vapor:
Never tried in RY4, but I know lots of folks love em.

These big tanks have got to be for the vapers pushing the high wattage devices
Newp.....I always got the biggest tank I could find. I wasn't able to cut my nic when I got the Reo, but......I have noticed, I don't go through near the juice I used to even with dual coils on the nuppin.

I am not sure I want to be called a tootie puffer...
When I explained that puffer fish were deadly and would kill ya if ya didn't treat em right..... it became our mascot, and not only did the men feel like they'd gotten their man cards back...... but.... some of the women felt like we'd earned OUR man cards!!! We don't see it as derogatory or separatist.......just folks who wanted a place to hang out that wasn't full of cloud chasing talk like so many threads seem to be. Simple as that.

Looks like an interesting crowd in here.
Welcome!!! Great place to hang out.

Problem is, it doesn't seem to work!!!!
Welcome to you too! Hope Ken's video helped, dunno nuttin bout those. But I'm sure we have folks that can help. Hope to see and Chuck on our back porch too. Older Folks and Vaping Back Porch - Part Three | Page 273 | E-Cigarette Forum

I just hope they survive the venture...
then again, natural selection aint all bad

I won't be checking for myself. I'm shallow-minded enough that the name itself will keep me away. The name is just too deprecatory for me.

So you’re the dude on the right then? Denial will get you nowhere! I am, of course, kidding. Carry on.

Thank you. :) He's the sort that mopes around all night then sucks it up, goes into denial and off to work in the morning to give it to everyone else. Might have gotten it from El Whacko who came home from the kennel sick. Me, I vape and still haven't had a bug in over two years. :D

I love puffer fish! (Keep your lip zipped, Iffy.) We used to have a little one that loved, loved, loved to play in the tank air bubbles.
