Good news! Off the hook for (maybe) another year!!
And while it SEEMS that WA's bill didn't make it, they're still in session.... so could try again to slip it in...
Yeah. I mentioned the thread here. was a real candidate for the Darwin Awards. She (?) had run out of juice, and refused to have a couple of cigs. Everyone said don't, but she did it anyway. Said it was awful.

Awesome news on the Cali bill!!!
Neato mod Mike......and yeah I'm with tutu on who'll end up with it. You did get two didn't ya?
yeah I thought about that after I said that. Sure is purdy.Nope - didn't get 2 of 'em. Unless I'm really, really sure of a new product I'd rather get one at a good introductory price. Then if we like it ... shop around for a decent price for another one.
There otter be a law against underage otters drinking.Da first one otter be on me...

Great news!
I've been watching a lot of tennis the past year or two. Serena seems a lot more engaging and cerebral these days, pre-match interviews excepted. Just prior to a match, Serena says nothing meaningful at all, but she really opens up after a match is over, even on the rare occasions that she loses. After all, Serena is a superb athlete, even if she also plays drama games on the court.
The Evic that Busardo reviewed would fire at 0.15 ohms but not at 0.14 ohms. Glad yours got whatever tweak was necessary to let it fire lower. I wonder if the "temp protect" flashing might go away if your coil had 0.01 ohms more resistance? Then I switched to a KFL-Lite w/ a .14Ω Nickel coil when attached to a DNA40 mod. It read .13Ω on the Evic and it's been holding steady there. I've got it set for 30 watts and 410 F. Its vaping comparable to the DNA. It does flash 'temp protect' but keeps on firing at low watts (well below 30 watts).

I was disturbed by the way Serena seemed to be dragging herself around the court at the French Open but then found out how she played while quite ill with the flu. I retroactively gave her a lot of credit for hanging in there and playing.... no clue how she managed to win the darn tournament!

Mike did you buy those just because of the stripes ?
My bad... when Busardo was showing how it wouldn't fire at 0.14 ohms, that was in kanthal (wattage) mode, not in TC mode.Well the spec's list .05-1.0Ω for TC mode and .15 to 3.0Ω for VW mode. I speed watched Busardo's review and honestly I forget what weaknesses he found and why he gave it a thumbs down. It's been working well for me. The NI coil has stabilized at .14Ω which is what it was on my DNA40 mod.
Washington sure has strung this out. Hope it stays dead, as I hope California's does too. And what's with raising the smoking age to 21? You drive a lethal weapon at 16, vote and get sent off to war to die at 18, but you can't drink (good idea) or smoke until you are 21. I don't want anybody to start smoking but really, more laws trying to corral kids that aren't going to work?Good news! Off the hook for (maybe) another year!!

Still makes me shake my head. She's as big a genius as the guy that tried to launch a firework mortar off the top of his head. Olive oil, yuck.Yeah. Aw, what a cutie, thank you!Da first one otter be on me...

Great news!
I thought it was Janet's that auto fired.I actually got it as a replacement for my iStick 50 that started auto-firing. At the time I wasn't sure if I could get the iStick replaced as it came from a co-op. (fortunately I did get it replaced). A really good price showed up in the co-op section for the Evic so I went with it. Having TC mode is just a bonus - I'd have been OK w/ just a Kanthal capable mod.
I do like the top button for changing settings. It dang near impossible to move it by accident, which mean I don't have to lock the settings then unlock them if I want to up/down the watts and/or temp setting.

Good luck! I didn't realize tomorrow was the final day. Again. These things are like a reoccurring nightmare. Ours could come back again, but hoping they give up since they didn't have the support last year or this year. From the article:Actually, in the "regular" session it never made it out of the House Committee. But neither house could pass a budget, so special session was called. And called again...
And the "rules" in Olympia are such that anything - whether or not it made it through committee - can be brought back if part of the budget in a special session... So they brought it back, to renewed email campaigns against it.
Hopefully they finish tomorrow, and we'll know for certain.
Okay, got it now. Is Janet buying that explanation? Kidding, of course. It did. Janet had 2 iSticks - 1 auto-fired. I had 1 and it too auto-fired. I got a replacement for mine. The vendor we bought Janet's from stopped carrying them so they refunded the purchase price.
definitely gonna call about this....don't lemme forget. I think the more success stories we have participating, the better!"If you are interested in participating in interviews, you should call Moffitt's Tobacco Research & Intervention Program at 1-877-954-2548."
I asked scott, and I agree, we think they're just pressed on like the other button covers are. I don't know what they do to the middle of em to make em small enough to fit on the regular button though. we're in the hangout if ya wanna come chatQuestion(s) for all you Reonaut's. I've seen two in the classifieds that had bullet bases for button covers. Do the covers have a screw that holds them? or are they pressed or glued? I used to make hat pins outta cut off cases and wondered if I could make a button cover.
