Very stressful day today. Woke late this morning to find that my 3yo chocolate lab (Trip) could hardly stand up. Off to the vet while gulping my morning coffee.
He had been diagnosed a week ago Monday to have an ear infection and was taking antibiotics to clear it up. Yesterday I noticed that he was not showing signs of improvement and figured I would contact the vet about it today. I never counted on something like this. Having to carry this 60+ pound dog to the car and into the vet's office.
He is still at the vet's office after running blood tests, iv antibiotics, and sedation. Hopefully things will be better tomorrow.
The "like" is for Trip to come bouncing out of the vet's tomorrow. Our dog is a complete PITA that we love to pieces and I'd I'd be a total basket case if that happened to him. I really, really hope he gets well quickly and is soon home and under foot doing what dogs are supposed to do. Please keep us updated.

Yeah, he's 60+ lbs of worthless but he's our 'baby dog'. Thanks all for the well wishes.

I hope so too! Please, let us know as soon as you can.

Wife and I are really hoping for some encouraging signs. The vet is very hopeful for good news tomorrow. I'll update as I get more info.
Again Thanks for all the well wishes.

One of our kids had a bad ear infection years ago, and it took almost two weeks even after the infection was gone for his balance to get back to normal. That was real scary seeing him unable to balance himself, but turned out it wasn’t as serious as we thought, it just took a while for the inner ear to get back to normal. I hope the vet can get your pup fixed up quickly! Best wishes friend...

oh wow.....so sorry to hear this, but the fact that the vet is hopeful is a good sign! Really hope it's just the ear infection like word's dog was. I had a bad inner ear infection when I was a kid that messed up my equilibrium, and it never did come back. Had vertigo for many years, and was always clumsy and off balance, so I can attest how badly something like that can affect your balance. Surely hope that's all it is. Maybe change his name to something other than Trip hehehe (I trip all the time)

has anyone ever ordered from evape ?
Newp, never heard of em, but someone probably has. And welcome to the front porch Scott.

Gotta question for those in the know. I have an Xstar WP2 charger. Can I charge an 18650 and an 18490 battery at the same time on it? Think I can, but wanna make sure. I know the 18490 will charge faster, but just wanna make sure it won't be an issue.

I ordered coils from them in March. Don't remember it taking longer than anyone else for delivery. Didn't have to deal with customer service.

This is the one I'm speaking of.... https://evape.us/

There's no reason it should be a problem.

I use the WP2S, and while the manual is silent on that, I have charged an 18650 and an 18350 at the same time. If the non-S model has a button to select charge rate, just be sure it's on the lowest setting, so you don't damage the lower capacity battery.
