If you think it is unsafe DV has the drip tips for 1.79 and I've seen them for .99 elsewhere as well. Kanger T2 Drip Tip

Here is where I saw them fo .99 but I don't know shipping charges. I've never bought from them yet. Kanger T2 Improved Mouthpiece - $0.99 : Stormys Vapor Cellar, Electronic Cigarettes & More

I reglued mine and I'm still kickin but if you are worried about it I would buy some tips. Of course I cut my teeth by chewing on baby bed painted with lead paint too so I might be immune to a little super glue. lol :)

Thanks tx. I had bought just one from DV when I ordered my green T2 and a few heads there. I just feel like $1.79 is too much for the tip. Carolina carries for .79 but she is out of them. I might have to break down and order like 10 or so from Health Cabin because they have em for .39 and shipping of $2.90. I hope I wouldn't have to wait a month for them to get here though. They have some other things with great pricing too, so I'll look around over there. Thanks for letting me know Stormy sells for .99

I am quite certain I knawed on my lead based painted baby bed. I also remember eating paint chips a time or 2 before my Mom was like "Noooooo don't eat those!" LMBO. Hmmm...maybe that is why I'm a little "odd" :D

Wow I found the Liquinator! Oooooh pretty colors! I've never tried a tank. Not sure why I'm still curious about them now that I have my T2's. Curiousity is just my nature I guess.

I can't help wondering though, since tanks use a carto with filler inside, doesn't it waste your liquid when the carto has to be replaced?

I've been told that Gorilla 2 part epoxy (not super glue) is food safe after it cures 24 hrs. Know anything about this day?
I don't, but it would be worth a look. I think my primary concerns with any glue used somewhere on a vaporizer would be: 1. how warm will the material become, 2. how will it interact with various ejuice components and 3. how will it interact with electricity.

I wouldn't call it a phobia, but I do sort of have a heightened concern for materials we may unwittingly breathe. In one of my previous incarnations I was a luthier. It was a very rewarding occupation, but also one of the most potentially dangerous I've seen. No small portion of its lethality comes from the various glues, solvents, lacquers and microscopic-sized wood, bone, shell, plastic and metal dusts breathed while working—and heat is a factor with the risks as well.

I don't know if any in the eCig biz is compiling materials safety data info, but if not, they should be and no doubt will be forced to at some point if this stuff is to ever achieve some more official level of acceptance. I had so many MSDSs (Material Safety Data Sheets) for stringed-instrument building that they filled two three-inch ring binders. I can easily imagine such a collection related to eCigs being just as large or larger.
