Funny, I was thinking of Semi today too! Right now it's 38 here going to 31. Brrrrrrrr! So glad we've got a nice warm, comfortable house at least. And I just got a nice warm down coat to wear if I absolutely have to go outside!

The way things seem to be going you might have to wear your nice warm down coat IN THE HOUSE!

I hope the big typhoon they had in the Philippines missed Semi's island.

How do tanks and juice hold up outdoors in less temperate conditions?

All kidding aside though, it is a good question. I haven't had to spend any length of time outside in the cold and since I have a purse I take all my stuff with me rather than leaving stuff in the car. Some things don't handle the cold very well. My son climbed Mt. Washington and his cell phone froze. Now when he's out in the cold he stores it next to his body and that seems to have worked. Hmmm, could be an idea for a pv harness to be worn under the clothes. Ummm, we already have a few possibilities if you use your imagination.

I'm really happy with how my new MVP held up on my trip. With the 2600 mah battery it will last me a good two days and is as easy as a celphone to recharge. It was nice to not have to worry about carrying a lot of extra batteries or PV's. It did raise a little interest going through security but no problem. The main reason I got it was for weekend trips and it filled the bill.

Funny - I don't give a second thought to leaving my cell phone on the charger over night while sleeping. But wouldn't feel comfortable leaving a PV on charger overnight. Perhaps have just read too many warning about not leaving them on charge unattended.

We took way too much vaping stuff with us when we went to Denver for 2 weeks. Going this time of year we weren't sure if we were going to get delayed due to weather. I did have to take a bunch of batteries. Having one like yours is really a convenience, especially for short trips.

We had filled PVs with us and didn't have any problems going through security. My purse was pulled aside briefly while they asked me what my PVs were. Evidently the woman looking at the x-ray wasn't sure about them, but I think she was in training. They had no problem with them, just interested, and let me go. Did you just put your MVP in the tray or did you have it in your carry on?

I had it in my jacket pocket with my cellphone. It really is a nice pv and it seems to be the best built one I have so I'm very happy with it.:)

I personnaly don't have any second thoughts on leaving this one on the charger but it does recharge very quick for a 2600 Mah battery if you wanted to recharge during the day.
