Two 18650 VV PV's that don't get a lot of attention: The XL3 XL2 Battery - Black and the Apollo VTube
Single Apollo VTube. The VTube can be discounted 30% using coupon code vtube30.

I use the XL3 in the 18650 size and the 18350 mini. It's what use most often. I got the VTube in the mini size and use it every so often. It's real purdy (black).

I have VTube too, and my other ones are similar to your XL3's - I have 2 Ego-T mods and really love them. I keep my tank with a Fusion on my VTube because I like it around 4 volts. Vivi Nova's and T2's go on my Ego-T Mods :) My VTube is a mini - I think I wish I had gotten it full size but was worried it would be too big. I really like using 18650 batteries though.

Mike, they have an updated version coming soon. Don't know if they improved the connector yet. GV calls it the Groove. Don't know if that will be the name for all vendors but it will be varable wattage. Woo-hoo. Hopefully they will be showing up before the Chinese holiday. I love the feel of the gripper and hope the Groove follows suit.

The Groove is also VW and looks like a nice pv. There was a co=op in the planning stage for them but it never got off the ground. If someone gets a co-op for them I will probably get one. :)

Ok, I'm tired of these 808s I carry around for stealth so, a question for you more
experienced mod users what would be more stealth like a Provari or
    a box mod?

While I'm happy with my Lambo, it draws WAY too much attention and stares.
The price is about the same between the Provari and the REO, but the REO
doesn't ship with batts. Will my high drain 18650 3.7V 2200mahh batts
    work?

EDIT: This looks nice and has good reviews. I'd prefer an inclosed tank, though.

    New Baby :D

It's the new short tube for Ego-T Mod (also will fit eVic for using 18350) and the new version Ego-T Mod Control Unit, which I love the button on. Haven't decided yet if I like the drip tip or not but wanted a metal one.

I think you draw more attention with a cigarette look alike than something that doesn't. I purposely vape in parking lots and open spaces because I'd like people to get used to seeing them - especially when I take a long draw and while I'm exhaling a cloud of vapor, put the PV in my pocket. Once or twice I saw some shocked expressions. It also helps to act natural because acting guilty draws attention.

Yesterday Mike and I went to the movies. We sit in the back and vape during the movie. We're careful not to blow clouds of vaper around and don't think anyone even noticed. I think Mike had his ProVari and I had my Rider Robust.

Very nice! That looks like it would fit nicely in a small hand. The vase-shaped tips are my favorite. The metal ones can be cold on the lips, but they won't brake like the plastic ones will.

I'd say the Provari mini would be stealthier than a box mod. When my hand is wrapped around it, it's just like holding my 'fist' up to my mouth with only the tank exposed.

If you're considering a box mod in the upper price range I'd look at these (it has an inclosed tank too).

Janet the size is really nice and small, but not too small. I've got an 800 mah battery in there too and it's very light. Great for in the pocket out and about. I really really like it! So you like this type of drip tip? I guess I just need a little "get used to it" time hehe. I thought it would be really cold on my lips this morning but wasn't bad. As my plastic ones break, I'm gonna go with metal so they don't all eventually break.

Edit: Forgot to mention, the new short tube is vented, whereas the large ones aren't. I hope they come out with a vented large tube. I'm thinking of asking my hubby to see if he can drill a hole in the bottom of the 2 large tubes I already have without damaging them.

I never really looked at the shorty and didn't realize it had replaceable batteries. My eGo 650s seemed so big after starting with a kr808. Now the 650s seems tiny compared to my Robust and ProVari. So the Shorty takes a 800 mah? Very nice, I shouldn't have assumed it would have a smaller battery. Yes, I think it wouldn't hurt to have a vent hole in the bottom cap.

I don't post here but I do read the thread pretty much every day and hope I'm not breaking in where I don't belong but this really caught my eye as I just got through researching before shopping. Sooo... why in the world would anyone be making an unvented mod? I just don't get it. Its scarey frankly. In the last week I've bounced back and forth between vendors who don't list much info and youtubes trying to get the info they don't give. Yeh... its scarey.

@Old C....Isn't it frustrating when you do decide what you want and then it's "not available"?

Metal drip tips in sub freezing weather...brings to mind...

Ugh! You're not kidding! The Billet, REO and Provari are a tad out of my
range but I'm researching this Innokin iTaste MVP 2600mAh Box APV Body
The other three would have me grocery shopping at the 99¢ Store for a month. Blechh.

Sorry to hear about the deep freeze you folks are in, as I spent the first 30 of my 46 in KCMO I feel your pain, as
a certain womanizer from Arkansas would say.

Just to rub it in, it's 74 here. :rickroll:

Oh, geez, didn't realize how that sounded.

I'm about to turn 69 and smoked for 58 years. I just thought I was out of shape and getting old when my legs wouldn't carry me around the store. However, it was kind of fun riding those electric carts. ;-) Then my heart started pounding in my head and I couldn't walk at all. Off to the ER and admitted to the hospital where, after 20 hours, cat scans, mris, ECG and a few other tests plus constant oxygen (saturation was 60) I was told medicare might not cover it depending on how long I was there, I put up such a fuss they let me go home without an oxygen tank but still didn't know what was wrong with me. I found out what was though after my stepson was here with an ecig. Tried it. Loved it. Got one myself and, miraculously, all my symptoms left. I walk a mile a day. A ten-year cough is gone. My blood pressure came down. I can take a deep breath and always thought myself a shallow breather before. It goes on and on and on. But, suffice to say, I'm one happy camper. I can't say I like the cost of the lesson at $1,000.00 an hour in the hospital. A whopping $20,000.00 bill on a fixed income is not fun but I'm not smoking.

My only problem now is trying to break the chain vaping. I was a two-PAD smoker for the last 10 years so I hit the PV pretty hard though I have decreased nic starting with a few "drags" of 12 nic in the morning and then go down to 6,3, and end the day at 0 but I don't like being tied to it. I guess I took a long hard look at how tied I was to the act of smoking and don't like still being tied to vaping.

Okay, that's my vaping story and sorry I mislead on the age thing. You would never know it when I'm behind this keyboard but offline I'm kinda shy... well I guess what you would call a classic introvert. Breaking into a new group is a little nerve wracking for me but a keyboard helps me open up a bit. In fact, my own wordiness shocks me.

Hope everyone is having a good day. :)

I understand your thoughts on being tied to Vaping but I feel, since you smoked for 58 years, that you should give Vaping at least half that long before you kick it to the curb! Lol

Seriously, don't taper off too quickly and risk backsliding.

My father was tied to an oxygen tank (and still smoked), my brother (died at 60) was tied to an oxygen concentrator and pressure breathing machine (and still smoked)! If Vaping was an option then, it would have made a world of difference to them.

There are worse things to be tied to than Vaping.

    Relax, Enjoy!
