Fran..I've used the 'sub' from M&P for ages now & it has that type of screw. It's a total pleasure to fill, doesn't get in the way at all (don't even notice it) & honestly can't imagine filling a tank any other way. Just me.........

Natasha, hoping for the best with your MIL. It is hard when they are not doing well. As for changing flavors in your clearos - that is pretty much what I did - at least in the beginning. Now, I usually have a different juice delivery device (JDD) for each flavor. I then only clean my clearos usually about once a week - or if I decide I am done with a specific juice flavor and I want to dedicate that clearo to something else.

It did take me awhile to gather enough JDD to do this or I have at times just done what you did and say the h*ll with it and just added something to one that was almost empty. Sometimes it depends on what you have in it - it might even lead you to a mix that you then do on purpose

So what is the simplest way to just do a "taste testing"? I have some new juices I've never tried. And also a few that I've just never yet been able to taste that I might like to re-visit someday.

As many of you know, I really like cartotanks. I usually buy my cartos in bulk directly from China. I am wondering if anyone thinks cartomizers will be affected by the new legislation, either by availability or price. I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't order my cartomizers the way I do now.

I'm with you on loving carto's, the Family Smoking Prevention & Tobacco Control Act of 2009 gives the FDA power over tobacco products produced after 2007. For us, that's most every we love from.. big batteries devices to RBA's. And the FDA been so aggressive lately from customs seized to shuting down vendors banking.

I'm hoping it's a Y2K thing too. Don't think there's any question about the nic and the juices going up in price, but I'd hope they'd at least let the equipment alone. It's possible regulations could come suddenly so I hope it's just the nic.

I agree Panic buying isn't good. I wish the powers that be would just go away, but their not going to. The 4mg per ml limits that the UK is looking at is insaine plan. I know I would be back on analogs if that happened. And how many e liquid vendors would we loose if they have get a FDA approval, that could take years.

Gracie, my Fusion carto lives in one of these, and super easy to refill. The 1" tube fits the regular size Fusion.

Gracie the little screw in the side fill port doesn't get in my way at all, and I love it because it is so easy to fill. One of those personal preference things though I'm sure.

I don't know anything about the SVolt Mod...they sure don't give much info, but from what I see it looks like it would use stacked batteries to push output to 5V?

Some how it looked different couldn't put my finger on it. When I got to the 3rd paragraph it was New and at the bottom it's been updated 2/8/13.

On another subject: I'd like to buy "a mod" such as the one pointed out by Gracie: 5v Wow Mod Then again, I get tired of being confused regarding what kind of delivery devices can and can't be used with different units. I like clearos. They're all I've used and they're simple and easy. I want a mod that I can use clearos with, but for some reason mods seldom mention clearos and are invariably pictured with carts, cart tanks, or atomizers.

Had been wondering about Muldemar after noticing some of his old posts recently and was hoping he was OK. Just want to report that he's alive and well according to kiko166. She's going to let him know that he's missed.

For anybody who has trouble seeing the tiny parts for rewicking or recoiling, I'm happy to report that these glasses from Walgreens are a great help. I got the 2.5 magnification. They have an on/off switch for each light and the replaceable batteries are supposed to last about 50 hours. Foster Grant.Light Specs Plastic Lighted Reading Glasses +2.50 | Walgreens
It's a buy one get one free deal, so 2 for $25 isn't so bad. They're so comfortable that I forgot I had them on and went downstairs and wondered where the light was coming from.

Taste testing juices is still a pain in the patoot for me. I've used a 901 atomizer with a drip shield, a CE3 with the tube removed and tube cut shorter and small clearos. Still haven't really hit on a way that suits me because I don't like dripping.

If I think I'm going to like the juice (just by it's smell) I usually load it into a CE3 and label it. Then I can easily try it every day to see how it's tasting while it steeps.

If I don't think it's going to be a keeper, I use the atties and just add a couple of drops of 50/50 PG/VG to clear out the taste in between flavors.

You should be able to use the clearos on anything that a carto or attie would go on. The key is the type of connection and the ohms on the clearo. Is it an Ego or 510 connection on the clearos? Sorry if my memory fails me, but what kind of clearos are you using?

Big aren't you using a ego-twist now? Are you looking for a bigger battery vv mod?

I buy directly from Smoktech for my cartos. I used to order from Bogetech until Bogegate hit. I still have about 350 pre Bogegate cartos I am holding onto, but I am liking the ST better. Just don't tell them you buying for personal use, I have heard that they don't like that.

What China supplier do you buy from?
