What a wonderful man you are! Hey Janet...give him a hug to thank him for being so nice to me. :)

Your wish is my command. How could I deny a lady w/ a butterfly on her nose.

Thank you all :) MikeE3, that's a snazzy bunch of rigs you've got there. I'm nowhere near that fancy. I do have one slick Battery though, it's a black dragon on silver :) Kgo, 1100 mAh...the rest are 3 black Tornado 1000 mAh passthroughs which have been real troopers. Two are over a year old now. Have one EGOC Twist, 1000 mAh, black (yeah I like black) and two gold (Now sort of silver) 900 mAh...like my passthroughs though...
"Gloria" my neighbor was off cigs a week before me, she did the same thing as me got down to one and finally figured out if your down to just one you don't need them. She's still not smoking either. :) We decided that that one was just a security blanket for us.

SWEET! Can't let my bride see that. She might start vaping (never smoked) just for da purple 'accessory'. Her fav color used to be blue, but she's been on a purple binge lately...

Have ya checked out any Swarovski crystals for some PV adornment?

Oh my I can see that hanging around here can get dangerous :danger: :danger: Although I think I can avoid the tinkering, rebuilding and "grinding" things - at least for now :D

Oh well - I am sure tomorrow will be another interesting day! It definitely was good to read so many sucess stories today :)

Hey guys....if you REALLY want to calculate how much you've saved by switching...Australia is now charging $20 a pack. I do believe that would have made me go cold turkey. Bet they have a great 'black market'!

I do believe that would have made me go cold turkey.
I said the same thing when they went up from 50 cents a pack! LMAO
How many of us threatened ourselves with quitting everytime the price (taxes) hiked?

WallyO, "How many of us threatened ourselves with quitting everytime the price (taxes) hiked?"..well probably many, many times LOL I remember when they cost 20 cents a pack. When I quit last year they were $3.30 a pack for PallMall. But I live in Kentucky and cigarettes here are probably the some of the lowest prices in the USA.

Question..where do y'all get the signature boxes like yours or KariM's or Gloria???

Mine I just made in Photoshop Constance. Can't speak for the others. Most of the ones that actually calculate the days and costs are from vendors sites. Many vendors have links to create your own.

Here you go. The one on the left i my eGo 650. Then there's my Twist 900 and the Rider is on the right. Geeze, I pick up my 650 now and it seems like such a baby! And to think I thought it was big compared to my kr808!

IMG_0931-1.jpg

Janet, What are the atty's on the eGo's? What is the Ohm rating on them, do they work well with the 650? I'm using carto's right now but don't like filling them so often? I've tried the clearo's that came with the eGo 650 (knockoff kit) that I have and there isn't near enough vapor or TH compared to the cartos...

Thanks everyone for the positive comments! The good news is that I haven't purchased any new packs since I started vaping, I hope to be able to resist buying one when this last pack is gone.

The tank on the Rider Robust on the right is a mini vivi nova.
The other 2 are DCT tanks that came with dual coils, but we pulled them out and put in a Fusion carto in it. They're standard resistance 2.4 extra large Fusions. (extra long so they fit in the tanks)

I got frustrated using the cartos because I was always filling them. I love the tanks because I can see how much juice is in there and they hold much more than just the carto. I rotate between the devices and juices during the day so I don't have to fuss with filling them too often. When I do, I have my juice in the bottles with the blue needle caps. I find it easy to open the tank top, stick in the needle tip and fill and I'm good to go.

it seems that 2.4 ohms might be a little high for a good hard vape with the eGo batts, aren't they only like 3.7v? I could be wrong... As far as capacity, I'm getting a shipment today with the SmokTech 510 Single Coil Cartomizers XL - 1.7 ohm Low Resistance which have a capacity of approx 1.6ml. I hope that will be enough for at least 1/2 day!!

With the tanks, I would need an atomizer between the batt and tank, right? I am thinking that I might go with the tanks if I go with a VV mod

I am totally just learning so if I make a false statement please let me know!

Love my carto tanks! For some reason I'm content all day vaping Gandalf from HHV.
I'm thinking my next tank will be this bad boy:

If you like a warmer / more volume to your vape - you've got a good point. Actually the true eGo's (like Joyes) are closed to 3.4v output. When Janet and were both exclusively eGo based - I used 2.0Ω single coil carto's but she favored 3.0Ω. She a 'cool' vaper.

I have the sub & minisub from from M&P; LOVE THEM! I've had them for approx. 9 months now & they're still going strong - LOVE M&P also, fantastic folks to deal with & they have hearts of gold. I think you'd be very happy.

I also agree with the carto/tank set-up. They have proven (IMHO) the least fuss for me.....:2c:

This weekend I dive into my RBA so I'm probably guaranteed to complicate
my life even further.

You're very 'brave'! I wouldn't do that to myself for anything. 'SIMPLE' has become my new motto - I'm finding that taking a fresh carto out of it's wrapping has become a pain. Good luck on your RBA - question...WHY????

Well the taxes on smokes here in Canada are outrageous. Lots of brands sell for over $10.00 a pack. Mine worked out at $9.07 when I bought them by the carton. However, I love smoking so much - I never even threatened to quit - no matter how high the cost went. So now that I have just switched brands to vaping - I might eventually save some money :D

I see you did find a banner - just so you know if you see one that someone else is using that you like - you often can just click on their banner and it will take you to the site so you can create on like it.

kfrisbee - After using cartomizers I actually started with the CE4 (stardust) clearomizer - thought they were pretty good but have had some leaking problems. Then went to the Kanger T2 and really liked it. Bought a Vivi Nova and at first didn't get much flavor out of it and I am still not crazy about the size on my 650 eGo Twists. I did buy some thread sleeve covers yesterday - I am hoping that will make me like the look more.

I have also tried a Kanger T3 and I know it is real popular - but I did mess up when taking it off the battery with a full tank of juice - since it fills from the bottom - I accidently unscrewed the tank and dumped the juice all over my keyboard :-x Since then it does seem to occasionally leak - I think it happens when it is getting low on ejuice and if I am hitting it too hard.

So for the last few days I have actually been liking my Vivi Nova the best  so with my order yesterday I ordered another T3 (had to have the purple one to go with my new Spinner  ) and a Mini Vivi Nova.

Seems like along with finding the juice that you really like - getting the delivery device can also be just as challenging. The only ones I know for sure that I am not crazy about are the cartomizers. I know lots do like the tanks with the cartomizers in them - but it justs sounds to complicated for me right now. Still looking for the method with the least fussing

ETA: Moishe - that is funny that I am avoinding Tanks with cartos and you like them because they are the least fuss for you. I guess we are all so unique in what we find to be the least fuss.

Good luck on your RBA - question...WHY????

Two reasons:
1 I'm COMPLETELY out of my mind and have no life

2 To get a really big nic hit when stress comes-a-calling.
I'm vaping 36mg juice and can barely feel it.

I've no intention of giving up my carto/tanks just yet. As you stated it's just too easy, also
Mike posted some pics of his handy work and made it look easy.

But that's what an expert in any field does, make it look easy.
