Just wanted to let all of you know how much I have been enjoying your thread. What a wonderful group of people. Thank you.

saying Welcome Rat - just doesn't sound right, so I'll say Howdy Chat. Pull up a chair on the back porch with us and join in - the more the merrier. Or join us over here too, where we digress from vapin' topics and have a lot of fun too.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/lounge/289745-older-people-55-up.html

1) Is there a decent-performing top-fill clearo/tank/something/anything out there that I could top off during the day without having to up-end it and take out a juice-saturated part with no place to set it, and end up getting juice all over my fingers sitting in my van in a clients parking lot at 2pm? Don't get me wrong, I love the evod for TH, vapor, flavor, etc., but it is truly a PITA to fill on the go... takes three hands, and wet paper towels, too. Guess I just need to order a bunch and fill 3-4-5 every morning...

2) What is the best/least expensive/least fiddle-ey Dripper (or any kind of "atomizer" that holds small quantities) for taste-testing e-juice? I'd like to make small batches of DIY and taste before I commit to an evod or t3 full of it.

Thanks.

Can't really help w/ an easy to refill clearo, don't use them much. But the Vivi Nova's are pretty easy to refill. Just screw off the top and add more juice.

A decent inexpenive rebuildable dripper is the Igo-L. We've been using one for taste testing. It easy to setup and changing flavors is a breeze. Just hold it under the hot water tap - then hit it with a hair dry to dry out the silicone wick - add new flavor.

Not long before I retired, a younger person sent a resume to our company. He used U for you, Gr8, and a few other text slangs. He was not hired, to say the least.

The use of the English language is a dying proposition these days, I'm afraid .. in 50 years, we will be reduced to abbreviation fully ..

Pet peeve .. ?? people who use "prolly"

I was quizzing a customer in the shop the other day about the specs they wanted on a custom guitar .. it was a teacher .. she informed me that schools are phasing out even teaching cursive hand writing .. which kinda shocked me .. and college these days seems, in many cases, to be nothing more than an easy course load and one four year party .. I mean, OK, I did my share of partying sure, but I was expected to learn

These are the future leaders ..

You can only fit so many things into the curriculum. These days, teaching keyboarding at a younger age is essential. I am so glad my mother insisted that I take typing as a summer class, even though I was on college track.

Hendrix Tribute Band doing an early morning "Star Spangled Banner" .. ??

Reckon Country Joe and the Fish will be there... maybe Santana? hehe

Just as long as Jimmy Buffet doesn't show up...

ETA: If Santana shows up, I'll swoon; aka have da 'vapors' (how 'bout dat for a really ol' time reference).

...or has anyone else noticed? The quality of the prose in this thread?

One of da most rewarding HS subjects was my one semester typing class. I've spent over half my life as either a USAF 'tronics instructor/course development/technical orders (aka manuals) author/supervisor or civilian 'tronics lead tech responsible for all company instrumentation and PM (periodic maintenance) documentation/software programs. Seriously, not braggin'. I just could not have excelled without that ol' HS class!

Besides, I was one of three guys in a class of 20 (and da teach was HOT!). One of da best dumb moves I ever made...

BTW, it's actually kinda fun tryin' to duplicate da phonics of everyday speech! Ain't gettin' into da ifones or textin' thing...

Have you ever tried the V3 ClearoMizer with "long" or "hippie" wick? You simply unscrew the mouth piece/drip tip at the top and
drip fill without turning anything upside down. i have used this with the eGoT pass thru in the past. They're probably amongst the easiest for refill in the car. imho.

I am reading W.E. B. Griffin's military fiction books, and he has several of his male characters (in the age of real typewriters) who know how to type and are immediately put in the role of company clerks. Was a prized skill.

Unmanbean, I use the vivi novas which are very easy to fill. Just unscrew the top and squirt in some juice. Usually when I'm out I have a few of my Robust Riders with me, each with a vivi or some kind of tank so I'm good for the day. Of course I have a purse so it's easier for me to do that. Or, another option is that you could get a small container of some sort that would hold a few Evods so you could just pop a full one on your device. Mike has some flat plastic containers that he got at The Container Store that work well. I do hesitate to leave juice in any container to bake in a hot car. Don't know if it would actually hurt the juice, but it can't be good for it.

We're reading them too. My first introduction to typing was being in an office on base with my uncle and was mesmerized watching the secretary typing! I'd much rather type that write cursive these days since my handwriting has gotten so bad. Although it's fun to try to figure out the abbreviations, there is not much consistency to them so it would be difficult to handle a thread like this where people are trying to give others instructions. You can't spell check an abbreviation.

I haven't checked my email since Wed because I didn't want to feel like I was getting ignored when I did not see any status on my out-country purchases, so ok -
My Diver Atomizer got into the Greek mail on the 5th.
My USB/ego attachments left Hong Kong on the 4th... trying to PATIENTLY wait for my vapemail here. :)

Hi there. I have been using Bloog Hi-Viz Clearomizer to top off. Works great, fast easy. But mostly use the Volt CE3 unless I'm in a hurry.

Just a friendly reminder we need to keep this thread mainly to Vaping related subjects or it will be transferred to the Lounge by the Moderators as was done previously. We would like to keep it on the current location so new vapers can easily find it. I know it is easy to forget which thread we are posting on being as most of the same people post on both threads. Here is the thread for posting non e-cig topics http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/lounge/289745-older-people-55-up-1473.html:)

When everything went to hell in a handbasket a bunch of years ago, someone with a military background seemed to think I would be very comfortable around military culture. And-- lo-- I find myself happy in such a town. :p I often plow through the works of an author, but lose interest before completing all that is available. His, that hasn't happened yet. Derail completed.

The Vivi Nova is probably one of the easiest to fill on the go.
