If I am not mistaken in order to be a certified Joytech whatever, the only product you are allowed to sell is JoyTech. The latter of course has POed more than one person/vendor.

Ya' Switched, I forgot how much the vendors themselves have gotten POed because of the probs. They have to deal with them on both sides.:(

meh, i bought two joyetech kits as backup batts and one for my friend 4 batteries all together 3 of them had the buttons break within 3 weeks and one of the kits had a non working charger, but my "knockoff" ego style batts that i bought before the "genuine" kit are still going strong. Maybe i hit a bad production run who knows. :D

Yup, any company can have poor quality, some more than others. I suppose we also forget that shipping could be part of it too. Some guy/gal on a loading dock tossing a box and it ends up bouncing off the concrete to the vendors dismay:unsure:.

I don't even know the point of these types of threads. This is not Apple vs IBM in the 70s. This is nothing more than flashlight vs flashlight. It's a very basic device that not a few could assemble easily. It doesn't require hiring a Intel engineer to come up with voltage regulation and such. In short, it's not rocket science to duplicate such basic devices. A clone would just be as reliable. The oft-repeated remark, "you get what you pay for" doesn't even apply. Some "clones" are even more expensive. I spent 92 bucks for a mere 650mah Ego. I didn't care if it's Joyetech or not.

You guys should at least come up with a YT video and demonstrate the technical differences between the two other than the other one has a logo. So far, I haven't seen one.
Ya haven't even been around the block yet alone bought a T-shirt yet :)

There isn't a place for "an open call" for Suppliers.
Suppliers can only discuss their products in their own sales threads & forums.
With all the speeding tickets I have received of late. I do not wish to discuss my own product butmy own philosophy. How is that possible in this thread?
