Hi Imeo,
my problem is that I thought I get a unit with atomizer and carrier which are not so big, both with the same diameter and VV.
Now I can use the Penelope on my Provari, but it is to big. Also I can buy an other carrier for 14500 batteries, but there is no with VV. In the german GG-FB-group there are a lot of people which think like me. Many of them would not have bought if it was not advertised as a unit with the proteus. It was only interessant as a unit. Litte atomizer with little vv batterie carrier. The same diameter and all from GG.
The mistake you made is not, that you dont' build it now. Better no proteus than a bad proteus. You make the mistake, that you advertise a complete unit and now you can't deliver the second part of this unit. For a lot of people is the first part of the unit (Penelope) now uninteresting.

For the people who now find the Penelope uninteresting. I say this - they are not true GG users or fans. Ask these people - what about the following picture is uninteresting. Me-thinks they just like to hear themselves talk.

Thanks Huff, but truth be told, not any more gorgeous than ANYTHING Imeo makes. That is the way of GG products. I feel the 300 will soon make an appearance in this thread if thinks keep up.

I stocked 2 GGTBs waiting for Penelope, I gave them away next time I got penelopes. GGTB is not the solution
And of course, this is not the solution either “…those that are unhappy with Penelope and no Proteus should rid themselves of it straight away…”
There is no need to fight each other, we all love GGs, we all have one GG product in our hands right now, there are no “good guys” and “bad guys”, we all are GG fans
But we are also GG costumers; the GG industry is top also because of us, the people who finance each product, preordering, buying ect. We have the right to write down our disappointments
My disappointment is much bigger, because I used Proteas prototype live (the mechanical version), it’s a piece of jewel and I was expecting very badly this product. Its not a simple 14500 mod as Imeo said, is more than that and I really hope Imeo think about it once more

Hello Imeo, I would expect at least that you will inform us about it here that it will not give the proteus. I am very angry. You applied proteus and penelope as a unit. Then you sold penelope individually with the option of proteus comes later. Now there is no proteus. At this date, no one knew that you do not even have a prototype. Why do you sell something if it only exists in your head? You can even reserve the serial number of a device that does not exist. I personally am disappointed from you!

Imeo created a beautiful product... as he always does. As fans, it's normal to feel dissapointed, and normal to express it. Using the word "angry" toward another person is rude here as it would be anywhere else. It's a threatening word, unlike saying dissapointed or bummed. This is Imeo's house. Well i was looking forward the proteus i remember the proteus picture and it looked very nice and perfect fit to the penelope.

Proteus isn't dead, it's just being postponed. Imeo said a longggg time ago that they were NOT being sold as a unit because he needed to wait until he could perfect the electronics, so you went into getting your Penelope knowing that you were not buying an atty and a mod, but only an atty and then waiting on the mod, so i'm confused as to what there is to complain over.

WOW, Glad that got handled before things got Ugly

I believe that the bottom line is, IMEO cannot be held to task for the lack of ability of the maker of a chip that he requires to make a device the way it was meant to be made. When the manufacturer comes up with something that will work to HIS design, not OUR opinions. Then and ONLY then will it come out. And I know we will all ultimately be thankful that he waited in the end.
