What does SKU mean?

Stock Keeping Unit. Just a number that a retailer or warehouse uses to identify a particular product, other than the UPC. A product's UPC can change so it's not an efficient way to identify a product for the long-term. I'm sure there are other reasons to have SKU #s.

I don't want to be in the virtual currency buisness where I guess you hear like uh fortunes are made and like broken, data mining all that wacky stuff I mean there are mornings it's hard to turn on my smartphone.

I just don't want to deal with it.

They do not want us to know we know. I got a jillion cloudflares to get to this thread. They don't want us to know and plan ahead, so dear government I really hate online currency despite your efforts to rid us of REAL currency (Thanks Obama.)

Sorry. He was the one the smartchip reader one. That was one nasty move for ANY colored American flag of any "type of human" that we seem to feel the need to self-populate to.

Oh I see now. SKU 9725902 is a pack of Aspire coils. You can't buy Aspire products from FT using Paypal. Aspire blocks certain merchants on Paypal from using Paypal to sell their stuff. You have to buy a gift certificate, then buy the Aspire products using the gift certificate funds.

If you look about half way down that page on the right, you'll see the following notice...

Important information and restrictions:
  • This item can only be purchased via Bitcoin (XBT) or gift certificates (store credits).
  • Bitcoin is secure and popular. First time using Bitcoin? Click here to get started
So far no problems Here with PayPal Are you using BiTcoin, Uncle? FYI 'Trade Wars' of Inefficiency is now collected from all Americans as "Boarder Fee", see it on your Credit Card Bills

Last night I tried Googling for an article or something about Paypal forbidding vape transactions internationally or for Chinese vendors and I didn't find anything.

I did that Also today.

Feeling that this might be an Isolated Instance. And maybe there was something More that we Don't Know about that Caused things to Happen with HG.

I did the same thing. I even visited PP website and re-read their laws and regulations. No change. I think it's HG-specific. Maybe they lost their pre-authorization or something like that. Fingers crossed.

Well if it is HG specific I'm not going to weep. I'm not a fan of them anyway. Their prices and shipping are way too high and you never know when they'll try to hit you up with additional shipping charges. They tried it with me the last time I tried to order from them and I said no way. Cancel!

I'm not 100% sure, besides, it may come later. But if PP had changed its policies, everyone would have been affected at the same time, methinks.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the policies you see on Paypal.com are stricly for US users.

FWIW, when this thread first started, I checked what was in my cart at Fasttech. I had Aspire coils (authentic) and a couple of other items.

    Paypal was still available.

I logged out of FT and logged back in. PayPal was gone.

Logged out again and logged back in. PayPal was back.

    Gremlins? ;)

I think the Vaping Gods are trying to Tell Us Something.

I placed 2 orders with them in the last 20 or so days because they had the best price, by far, of what I was ordering. Plus I got 20% off (20OFF, good for anyone) to help offset the ridiculous shipping.

But yeah, pretty much 90% of what they sell is much higher than other places which is why I never ordered anything from them in the past.

That extra shipping thing is definitely a turn off.

No idea. I guess we'll find out sooner or later. I tried to figure out what's going on. It looks like it's business as usual everywhere in China but HG.

I sent HG a message asking them how I, being in the USA, can pay for an order.

    This is their response.

Thank you for receive your letter.

We used could accept the payment via PayPal, while according to the PayPal's new notification, they no longer support the vaping devices transactions since 11th Sep. We have to remove the PayPal away from our website.

More details about the PayPal suspend the service, you can check this link:
    https://www.heavengifts.com/article/Suspension-paypal.html
    Available Payment methods: https://www.heavengifts.com/article/payment-options.html

Sorry but for our United States clients, there is no other available payment methods now, the delivery can't be arranged temporally. We are try to find the other payment methods as the alternative, but it's really need the time for the collection. Truly hoping for your understanding for this point.

When we find the new payment method, we will send email to let you know. Then you can place order at that time!

We're sorry again for this situation and best regards,

    Tracy
    Heaven Gifts

I still don't 100% believe that Paypal has restricted or forbidden vape transactions in China just yet. They certainly are dragging their feet on suspending all the others if they have.

Maybe HG isn't the only Chinese vendor who was notified by PP about the policy change. However, maybe they're the only 1 who has chosen to already follow it. There's no way for us to know which vendors were, or weren't, notified.

If PayPal had a policy change, it would be up to them to enforce it, not the vendors. Meaning if pp sent out letters, the vendors couldn't use PP even if they wanted to.
