I was thinking of a beehive design for a topper to complement the Dibi theme. Sort of like how a chalice tapers off looking like a beehive.

Behive design? Explain please. Like... Honeycomb? For liquid? Or for individual coils? I'm confused. Lol

OOOH SHINY!!!! Yes, similar to that! Which one is it? This is the first time I've seen that.

It's a Stratus Dripper and the only one you will see like it.
It was the first one sold and Josh gave me the option of several designs.
He choose a different design cap for the limited production run he made a couple months later.
It was like his Stratus 22 genesis cap.

He hand made them back then and has went to CNC now, but I be you could get a custom design.
Only problem with Josh is he doesn't communicate well or often.
I think he would have a much larger following if he had communication like Mr Bee does with the ones buying his stuff.
If pdib doesn't mind I will post a link.

actually, i've passed on the last several VVs in the classies. other than my unicorn, i only use them when i screw up and end up with a 2 ohm coil, which is becoming less often.

of course, i wouldn't pass on another VVW unicorn...

... That's right, it's the V1 and the V2 has the b/f option... Where'd u get yours from Uke?

Anyway, I'm in the Philippines right now and in my search for a gold cyclone, I bump into one of the guys who has the patent on the cyclone and era hornet. He was showing me his new Gamma tank V2 which he calls a hybrid dripper / bottom feeder:

The topper comes with its own AFC by simply screwing on/off the cap for air. I asked him if he can make me a plain bottom feeder version and he said no problem. Question is, would you guys be interested also?

I think the perfect BF RBA and one I'd pay top dollar for would be something with a center feed hole like a Chalice, Wide post like an RM2 and air flow control like Cyclone with AFC cap that has a smaller internal chamber like a Divo.

The one in the pic works better than a cyclone AFC by simply screwing the top for airflow. I haven't seen a chalice so how is the center feed hole better than RM2 or cyclone? I'm with you on wide posts. I don't have the heart to destroy my RM2 so I have no idea how the pos connection works on it.

Keep the ideas flowing folks, We have an opportunity here to have the BF RBA we've always wanted.:toast:

Bookmarked! Thanks so much for that FB:toast:. I've been looking at pics of the chalice II and wonder how the connection works on that.

edit: so far, the idea is to have wide posts w/ openings big enough to accommodate twisted coils and flat ribbons, philips style screws (possibly extended slots for flat head), center fed like the chalice, SS deck, and a Pdib designed AFC cap

The chalice is straight up the center between the two posts. Here's how the RM2 works http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...2-full-atomizer-itself-rebuild-pic-heavy.html
