looks like it's darkening a little bit (the Canary). Looking good from here.

As much as everyone hates Rip Trippers, he also did a review on the Origen V2 and was not too impressed with it either. I don't like his obnoxious style, (specially when he says "sick as teeeets")but I do appreciate that he makes clear, easy to understand, short vids about coil building ,gear reviews, and he gives credit to he person he got it from. So far, his atomizer reviews has been spot on for my taste. I'll save my money and say pass to the Origen V2.

Speaking of greasy hands, you can use a mixture of Olive oil and salt to get the grease and grime off.

This is an excerpt from 7 uses of Olive Oil:

Make your own furniture polish
Restore the lost luster of your wooden furniture by whipping up some serious homemade furniture polish that’s just as good as any of the commercial stuff. Combine 2 parts olive oil and 1 part lemon juice or white vinegar in a clean recycled spray bottle, shake it up, and spritz on. Leave on the mixture for a minute or two, then wipe off with a clean terry-cloth or paper towel. In a hurry? Get fast results by applying olive oil straight from the bottle onto a paper towel. Wipe off the excess with another paper towel or an absorbent cloth.

add croutons for a little crunch

Uh... olive oil doesn't 'harden' like Tung oil does... and... it goes rancid in 6 months in the fridge, so I'm not sure how full on oxidation doesn't make the wood stink...

VASELINE for the win!!! (*waits for pdib's explosion* :D)

Oh. I just vaselined my rhodesian ebony e-pipe... and WOW!!! SERIOUSLY, it's amazing. It slurps into the wood and I kept applying it once a day til it stayed greasy. Then I wiped the bit of excess off. It went from bleh to shiny black, almost like skin, and all the little grain bits stand out now.

I couldn't find much info about vaseline on wood except that in the north, they use it to preserve fishing boats masts from rot, salt and make it waterproof, in conditions that epoxy and everything else fails. Well, if it can stand storms and seas better than any epoxy or acrylic, it can't hurt my little wood mod:).

that was the V1 (V2 has some modifications and a b/f kit available) …his opinion is based on what he regards as better dualies; Atomic and Zenith which i haven't tried… i'll take Rip's word for it; they should be better than the Origen.
Still…….

Origen V1 dripper; i like it. a lot. like a hell of a lot of other vapers.

I do use whacko looking delrin d/t on mine too..

ok then.. until someone comes up with a "better" b/f dual coil atomizer, i'm going to stay on the fence about the V2 b/f… or maybe not… when they come available again i might try it based on my experience with the V1.

just buggin: … the Atomic and the Zenith may be something to look at

... That's right, it's the V1 and the V2 has the b/f option... Where'd u get yours from Uke?

Anyway, I'm in the Philippines right now and in my search for a gold cyclone, I bump into one of the guys who has the patent on the cyclone and era hornet. He was showing me his new Gamma tank V2 which he calls a hybrid dripper / bottom feeder:

The topper comes with its own AFC by simply screwing on/off the cap for air. I asked him if he can make me a plain bottom feeder version and he said no problem. Question is, would you guys be interested also?

Just for you MoN, I'll have one made in brass. What exactly don't you like w/ stainless? Is it the v drop? I'm making an order for food grade stainless for health reasons. Just like most here, I prefer to avoid juice contact with brass.

For stainless it needs to do tricks lol
