So, there's a bazillion notes here for:
1. Possible modifications to the Dibi and what they affect
2. Best possible battery (did we decide that LG wasn't as good as Sony? What about Samsung? I missed that part... )
3. What was the best process for cleaning/tune up again?
4. Everyone's drilling something... er... what are you drilling and why?
5. Silver is on everyone's plate this week... what are we doing with silver screws?
6. So... what did you do for the optimum sub-ohm vape? Written for idiots (*raises hand*) mind you... because I read everything and still don't know what you guys said:p.

The only thing I understood was that the BeCu screw was a good addition and made things hit harder:). I can swap a spring!!! Maybe...

Soooo... can someone dumb down the step by steps for us dummies.... ? PWWEEEEEZEEEE??

So as a 2nd to one of GG's questions...... Did we ever figure out what battery will hold above the 3.7v mark the longest out of the 18650's currently out there (LG, Samsung, Sony VTC5, Orbi, etc.)? I was holding out on getting some new batteries until I heard which ones I should grab.

I'm only getting down into the .4 ohm range at the lowest myself, but I'd love to stop having to change my AW 1600's halfway through the day if I can help it.

So, like, what would happen if I ordered some 4mm Sterling Silver Rod and tried to thread the ends and cut off little posts (ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh . . .IDK, say 3/8" long)?

Could I order it in some smallish quantity? (~2')

Could I run a die on it by hand?

What would I do for a shoulder (to keep it in the hole . . .. working against the spring . . . hold it in place)? Or some kind of cotter pin type solution?

Well silver should keep the werewolves at bay. So you'll have that going for you ;)

Well, I can make a comparison on the AW / Samsung for you. I was getting 8-10 hours on an AW 1600, and I'm getting about 12-14 on the Samsung. (basically all day, sometimes a hair less)

I don't have one of your mods but I get about two days of vaping from the VTC5, running a 0.85 ohm single coil in an Atomic sitting atop a Magneto mech.

I haven't gotten any official readings, but my new vtc5's are the first batteries to last me a full 24hrs without having to swap out.
