So no Penny for me yet. Its obvious Bruce tried to make it seem like he shipped out the Penelopes by emailing tracking info, but he didn't actually get them in the mail until a few days after he sent that email. I watched the tracking and it wasn't even received by USPS until 3 days after I received the email saying it had SHIPPED. I am super ...... and feel like I've been jerked around long enough. The one thing that really rubs me the wrong way is the fact that Bruce is a LIAR and makes up these lame ... excuses instead of being honest, this is just one more example. Sorry I just need to vent about this awful experience.

I'm quite happy with the mouthpiece as it is but unfortunately I don't own a JGG or a GGTS. The air control on my Nemesis doesn't work with theV2 unless I resort to using an o-ring and the only way I can get an exceptable draw using my PAPS is by using tape on the top section of the 510. I just like the tighter draw of the V1 but I like everything else about the V2..

Point 1 seems to be on its way
Point 2 is already available - JGG and GGTS have am excellent Air Control, Proteus should have one too as far as I can see. If Imeo finds the time some kind of Penelope 510 Adapter in Ithaka Style might be a great addition, else other mods without air-control might have to live with the AD Mouthpiece.

Am I missing something? I obviously don't own an Ithaka, but if you twist the little disk between top-nut and ceramic so as to align the side-holes to be closed, would you not reduce airflow?

There shouldn't be any airflow through the side holes of the ceramic, those are for the purpose of draining excess liquid that accumulates within the ceramic back into the tank.

Airflow should only come up through the metal center post.

I haven't set the second Penny up yet. I did take it apart and was looking at the centre post. With the item as it came the centre post, when screwed into the base, is not screwing in a uniformed way. It is all moving about all over the place and ends up far from central.

Can this be fixed by altering the nut that holds the post in the ceramic? I don't fancy being a victim of a broken post so I'm reluctant to use any force to fix the issue.
