Ooh I'm not completely out of anything, I do have lots & lots of coils, refillable pods, have over 40 assorted mods, mod pods & pod devices & lots of tobacco & menthol e-liquid since that's the only flavors I vape, the other mess they can get rid of Nic Salts & fruity mess etc. I'm already down to 3 nicotine & planning on quitting in a year or so !! I'll be ok & think I'm doing pretty good after years of smoking those nasty cigs.& never going back !!75,810
As @UncleJunkle said, many shops just don't seem to be aware. You'd think they'd let their customers know and try to get rid of stock that can't legally be sold after it takes affect.
You might want to try to beg or borrow some money to at least get some nic. You can learn how to DIY later on. Not sure who has the least expensive right now but they can tell you on the stocking thread.

Their site says they are in Virginia, so US... but they do call themselves a wholesale site, so it might not work for you, even if you could get in.
