Both mods are stratum by olc victor and the rta's are the evl reapers. Yes mtl tanks and unfortunately both are a little hard to get . The stratums are made in Russia and those 2 particular mods are not made anymore, the shiney one is the stratum lux and the black one is the AK-47. They still make stratums but they change the designs after so many. You can buy new on a FB group , but it's super hard, takes time and close to a thousand dollars or buy second hand on a few of those mod trader sites like I did. The rta's are a little easier to get new but very expensive as well, they are titanium and run close to 250 each. I bought all second hand on one of those trading sites, the mods for around 4 to 5 hundred each and about 120 each for tanks. I normally don't buy stuff that expensive but when I seen a stratum in person a couple years back, I knew I had to have one and for the next year was on a quest to get one,,,,, then 2...... I just love the shape, size, and quality, that's why when I seen that smok, it looked kind of close and was interestedInterested in the atty, looks like a nice MTL type ... heck interested in the whole setup! Can anyone enlighten me?
