Is that a Rage in the top pic?Continuing with today's theme of single coil cloud chasing I decided to pull out some oldies.
Original Pulse BF and Entheon. 0.16ohm 90-115W-ish single coil build. Welcoming the voltage drop with open arms for this coil.
As the kids say, THICC

Right now I buy my juice wire and cotton either from Voodoo Vapes or Savour The Vaper. The Village Vaporette in Cambridge is good, especially for hardware, but out of my way. Any other good ones I'm missing?

Wow, for someone who's only 6 months into vaping and still searching for places, that is a very much appreciated list! I agree, Voodoo has very limited selection, even more since they renovated. There's a big bearded guy at Savour the Vapour who's made some bad recommendations to me and in turn wasted my money. You're bang on about the village vaporette, very knowledgeable. I'll check out Dash Vapes and Bullfrog on Lancaster, any excuse to go to Kypreos again, I'll have breakfast while waiting for the shop to open. I went into the Bullfrog on hwy 24 in Cambridge one day and wasn't impressed. The website links for juice is great, I'm spending too much on juice at our local shops.Dashvapes opened up around Conestoga mall. They're the go to for anything Chinese mass produced.
RWS is near by (across the street). I went once when I bought my MVP2 years ago. Not really impressed but nothing negative to say either.
Voodoo Vapes is overpriced and their stock is limited. I never go there.
Savour the Vapour is okay if you need to pick something up like cotton, but ultimately they have the least qualified staff. I cringe every time I hear them give advice to customers. Last time I went the guy was telling me they don't carry cotton pads and it's low end so he doesn't suggest it, while he was taking rips off his Smok mod. The only thing they have going for them is they're near Fairview mall.
Bullfrog Vapes on Lancaster is my favourite. Chinese mass produced stuff, they have some higher end RDAs, but no high end mods or squonking mods. The guys though are great. They're hobbyists and will help you with anything. Last time I went we went over the plug, which they don't sell, and maintenance for it. The guys each had at least one (one of the guys had 5). They also invited me to go back when I get my plug if I have questions. You can go and just shoot the .... and talk about vaping when they're not busy. I go there for batteries and cotton. They also rewrap batteries for free. Kypreos next door has great breakfast and really good cheap food. Worth going just for that.
Village Vaporette has a lot of harder to find stuff. The people there are great and prices fair, but I don't go often because it's in Cambridge. My favourite thing about there is the atmosphere. Older people more into vaping for smoking cessation, less tattoos, flat caps, and piercings like you would get at Voodoo.
Pony downtown Waterloo was the first and is the OG. I haven't been in years but they used to be the place for high end/mechs/etc. I don't really enjoy the vibe though. Being close to downtown is a buzzkill with the kind of people that walk in.
We have a couple more shops (for the size of our city, we're super lucky), but I haven't visited them or they're minor players in the local scene.
For e-juice order from:
12*60ml for $60 (and they have THE best juice regardless of price) - Warped Vapors - Premium E-Liquid - Vaping to a Science
120ml for $15 - Bargain E-Juice
For highend I order from:
Vapes by Enushi vapour boutique is a Greater Toronto Area vape store that offers electronic cigarettes, e-cigs, e-liquid, hardware, as a harm reduction alternative to smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes
and
#1 E-Cigarette Leader in Canada
For coils, I order spools from:
Toronto Vape Shop - Electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) - Best e-cigarettes supplier in Canada - AceVaper
Yes, I use it for building.

That Rage is nice!![]()
Right now I'm vaping on a QP Designs mini rta. Single coil postless deck, it's a very simple build. I'm always looking to learn more and haven't found much info from our local shops in Kitchener. I'll buy you a coffee for sure for the knowledge share! Maybe if you're up to it, we could arrange for next week! What are you vaping on now?
I'm mulling over whether I should invite you to meet me at a Tim Hortons so I can show you how to rebuild, what an RDA and RTA vape like, what a mech vapes like, and more importantly what the juices taste like. But I don't like leaving the house and I don't have social skills.

Maybe on your next time out to a vape shop you can let me know if coffee doesn't work. I work in the evening this week.
That boutique is very nice, high end. Paranormal 250c is my dream mod. I actually ordered one from China then got an email a week later saying that they were out of stock, still waiting for my refund too.Dashvapes opened up around Conestoga mall. whattyoou have a rasberry pi (mini pc) in that box mod or is that just a screencap??? i love ti
Yep, just wallpaper. You've got me wondering if there's a mod with enough RAM to store a tiny Linux distro, now.whattyoou have a rasberry pi (mini pc) in that box mod or is that just a screencap??? i love ti
you know what? me too (now). i'm sure box mods will be 2.0ish & have touchscreens (a la iphone) and functioning wifi/LTE type tech that wont improve the vape but "add features" to an otherwise "plateaued" box mod marketYep, just wallpaper.
