Good mod if you only vape in power mode. Bad mod if you prefer temp control. Very bad mod if you care about company practices.

Been a while since I posted, just finished an Alien Clapton wire build. Took me forever. [emoji23]

Did not know the NUGGET had a colour black. My store only has stainless steel brass copper so got me SS. I have the authentic REM atty RDA on it. A nice EDC you have their man. Is that a lighter next to the mod?

Thank you :)

I actually wanted a copper Nugget but the last one sold out a day before I got to it so I went with the black instead.

I did order another one last week though, I'm still getting a copper Nugget after all

I kinda want a silver and a brass one too now, but I'm trying to control myself...

In case you want another one, you know about the MAP code (20 bucks off) at Fasttech, right?

Besides black, brass, copper & silver they come in white and pink as well.

Yes, that's a St Dupont Maxijet, the limited edition RAID version. Kinda blasphemy on this forum I guess

Was a big fan of the St Dupont lighters when I was still on analogs. Loved the way their (forgot the version name) lighters ping'd when you flip it open. Never actually owned one as they cost big $$$ and I was constantly misplacing my lighters.

I think those are the Ligne models that make the distinguished pling sound?

This is one of their torch-lighters and slightly more affordable. Still pretty expensive for a lighter though, but I was tired of the cheaper ones dying on me and this one always works, even at some altitude and at low temperatures.

I don't use it to light cigarettes anymore but it was too expensive to leave it at home in a drawer, lol

I still use it several times a day to set other things on fire though, so it isn't an entire waste of pocket-space.

your thoughts on sigelei 213 ... i am tempted to open one for myself
I think it is a nice mod. It feels like a high-end device because the build quality is solid, the carbon wrap is thick and the mod is lightweight. It delivers power well, making the vape in power mode enjoyable. Its ramp up “preheat” mode is a welcomed feature. It also has a nice looking and easy to navigate menu system.

But I also think it is a flawed mod. Its TC does not work and it does not have firmware upgrade.

I’m not pleased with Sigelei, which weighs heavily on my thoughts. Sigelei employed false advertising, and I believe continues to do so with the upcoming Fuchai 213. Sigelei’s support is lacklustre and their attempt to resolve the flaws is non-existent.

I paid AUD$140 (USD$103) for my Sigelei 213 (155), and knowing what I know today I can’t help but feel ripped off. I hope Sigelei improves by fixing the flaws before releasing the new Fuchai 213; however, I will not be buying another Sigelei mod for the foreseeable future. For more information check out DJLSB vape’s review on Youtube; there is no substitute for knowledge. With that out of the way, I’m happy vaping it in power mode, and power mode only.

I have heard all the issues with the 213 but mine has been flawless, I'm running dual ss in temp mode on my boreas without any problems.

"no sigelei"
LOL

I would still like to keep an open mind. Its still a good power mod and maybe Sigelei will improve and be a good overall company, but the recent experiences leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Sorry for being so blunt; my folks always did say I have a big mouth. I see no other way as I'm a firm believer of honesty.

Sigelei? Nope... Not since the original Sig150. I bought the 75, and don't truly regret it, but don't really like it either...

They jumped onto the TC bandwagon, and started shoveling lackluster mods onto the market, relying on the name they had built with the 100, 100+, and 150. The 150TC was almost good, the Fuchai 200 not much better. The Book was a joke. The Spark was OK, but only if you got the revised version. Now, this... it was supposed to mark a return to quality, but has only proven that they can't do it any more.

Oh if you guys want the case I got it from here

Silicone Sleeve For JOYETECH CUBOID 150W TC Case Skin Wrap Cover HIGH QUALITY

Came fast. It has like a matte finish to it. Its grippy but doesn't get stuck in your pocket(best feeling silicone case I have bought). The fit is snug but not so tight its hard to get on. It also has an opening on the bottom for changing batteries.
Looks exactly like the selection from the place that I got skins from for my IPV's
Silicone Case For JOYETECH CUBOID 150W TC Sleeve Skin Wrap Cover BEST QUALITY
Same selection at a similar price, both in Ohio. Very good quality sleeves :thumb:

Kiwi black shoe polish works wonders on a worn black Boxer mod
It looks sticky but it's just reflected light.
Kiwi black, piece of t-shirt rag, old toothbrush, more t-shirt, horsehair brush

13450154_1792505184313637_5947977022562058381_n.jpg

Someone in SXMini Brotherhood FB group asked if the polish wears off in my hand.

I replied: "Been in the military? Same process as shining boondockers without the spit. I got a little polish on my hands while applying but it washes right off with soap and water. Once it's buffed it's part of the mod just like a polished boot."
