Yes @Heartsdelight it's direct lung RTA... I have tried nearly every RTA on the planet and the Dvarw is just so practical and the flavour is awesome!

@Heartsdelight there are three versions of the Dvarw. A 16mm one for MTL and pipes, a 22mm which is the Dvarw MTL and then the DL which is 24mm and the one I prefer.

@Heartsdelight the drip tips are from Siam Mods in the UK.

No, the standard Dvarw is bottom fill an initially I thought that was a backward step but it turns out that is is really easy to refill while on the go and along with the juice capacity it's my go-to device.

But Steam Tuners in Greece have just released a top fill vape uplift for the Dvarw's... both the MTL and DL version.
