This, on the other hand, is in a much earlier stage. Before I took the sander (w/60 grit) to this neck, the headstock was paddle shaped, and the back of the shaft was square. This is a Canadian maple guitar neck that will end up on a guitar named Utah in maybe a week or so. So this pic was taken before I started attacking it by hand. I stick adhesive sandpaper on my hands, and carve and smooth it to an asymmetric profile that's palm filling. Hand shaped. "D" profile. This one is very thin and shreddy. I call these "Shred-D Necks".

I know, TMI. I just got started there...

There is a vape setup! On the heel of the neck Is a Goon V1.5 on a TVL Magnum (aluminum).
Thanks Dave!

It's Armageddon time! 'Cause it's always the end of the world somewhere...
Reck NATO.JPG

I've been playing more with my Immortal Modz Reckoning. How can you go wrong with a $6 RDA from one of the best manufacturers out there?

Well, you can't if you either have some mesh heater or some patience and ingenuity. I'm out on mesh, 'cause I'm a mech user who never builds below .4ohms. So, the first time I built this RDA, I used the mesh blocks. I had so much trouble getting the other lead under the grounding block I cut the build to one coil. Not great for such a big atty (25mm plus a huge cap). So, last night, I tried a different approach. I used the screw that holds down the ground block like it was the middle post on a three post RDA. Success!

So now I have a .55ohm build in there, tootle puffing away. The dual coil build really made a huge difference. Now it gives nice, big hits, with big, but thin, clouds. Kind of like a carto, but without the restricted airflow.

Nice atty for when you want to take it light, but not small.

And a song.

I know a lot of people don’t care for the new ads but I ordered a soap subscription from Dr. Squatch because of an ad on FB so it could be worse ha ha.
