This, on the other hand, is in a much earlier stage. Before I took the sander (w/60 grit) to this neck, the headstock was paddle shaped, and the back of the shaft was square. This is a Canadian maple guitar neck that will end up on a guitar named Utah in maybe a week or so. So this pic was taken before I started attacking it by hand. I stick adhesive sandpaper on my hands, and carve and smooth it to an asymmetric profile that's palm filling. Hand shaped. "D" profile. This one is very thin and shreddy. I call these "Shred-D Necks".

There is a vape setup! On the heel of the neck Is a Goon V1.5 on a TVL Magnum (aluminum).
