If I must choose one company over another, it would be Samsung.

My vaping preferences are 30 - 40 watts on a regulated mod, and 0.6 ohm on a mech. The Samsung30Q delivers my needs quite well. The LG HG2 are a close second.

I've used the SonyVTC4, the Samsung25R, and LG HG2 in the last 3 - 4 years. Used AW almost exclusively when I used my Provari's back in the day.

I was expecting quite a few more rewraps to be named. I suspect that those who do use rewraps are just not responding, worrying about the backlash. A large percentage of the questions I get privately involve rewraps.

Another last voice for Samsung, not because I think there are so many differences to other manufacturer, but because:

1. Most cost-effective
2. Always available
3. Never heard about an accident with Samsung
4. Never saw, or heard any message going out from Samsung against vaping

I can't say that I have either, but I'm quite sure that Samsung shares the same sentiments as Sony and Lg towards vapers.

Even when Samsung SDI does not really like to see their batteries inserted into eCigs, still it is a big difference, if they are acting the way Sony, or LG Chem do.
Beside of VTC5A that currently does not have any comparable battery at any other manufacturer, I don´t vape at such rates and therefore would emotionally prefer Samsung SDI.
